College at 16 to jailhouse at 17!!!
Sad but true. Keenan at 17 years of age, not old enough to vote, purchase tobacco products or sign for medical and dental treatment on his own.
In the start of November Keenan was expelled from college and is now incarcerated as an adult in the worse notorious jail known as the St. Louis City Workhouse, The Medium Security Prison on Hall Street, The Thunder-Dome.

As hard and nearly impossible as this supposedly condemned and molded jail makes it to communicate with our loved ones, I’ve managed to keep as close of an eye on him the best I can possibly could. Through visiting him Saturday February 2nd his left eye was black and inside his left nasal passage had dried up blood. Also he had a few knots on his head and some scrapes on his nose. Keenan was knocked unconscious by a 20-year-old white male bigger than him.

Two other inmates who witness the assault told Keenan after being knocked unconscious Keenan was hit, punched at least five more times while unconscious which explain the knots all over his head. Keenan was hiding his injury from the guards because in jail snitches get stitches.

Upon leaving our visit and knowingly this person was planning another attack on Keenan I reported this to a female and a male guard which both were actually concern for his safety and due to his age. Both guards took discrete action and placed him protective custody. Calling daily and leaving messages to have x-rays taken was a waste of time. All my calls were ignored and never once returned.

A few weeks early Keenan stated a lieutenant grabbed him by, through and around his larynx then taken to a closed part of the jail no longer in use and threatened to have his face broken. Keenan stated to me his throat was sore for days. For the safety and welfare for Keenan I will not state the perpetrators name at this time.

Keenan was released from The Workhouse sometime after court yesterday or today. As of February 13th the three city charges are now at a final disposition ending up with five years probation and SIS.

Keenan is now being held at the St Louis County Jail in Clayton, Missouri for one other charge that occurred in St Louis County.
Keenan hopefully will take full responsibility for his immature and wrongful actions.

In Hazelwood Missouri he has two misdemeanors to deal with. Hopefully this is his wake-up call. I strongly believe and so do other family members and friends that The Workhouse should have dramatically matured his brain from out from Florida regression to full progression.

I’ve talked with other youths whom have been in The Workhouse stating “never again”! It was truly a wake-up call and they have never been in trouble with the law again!

3 felonies, one dropped equals 2 felonies, 3 misdemeanors.
One of the misdemeanors is so controversial and destroying families everywhere this law should nonexistent.

Thursday February 7th, 2013
A judge in Hazelwood, Missouri at a night court in an abandoned shopping village strip mall now knowingly Keenan is already in jail tells Keenan’s  father she will issue a warrant and have him policed down for allegedly possessing a very small amount of marijuana back in October of 2012.
The night court date was rescheduled for Thursday April 4th, 2013.
This woman whom has a son of her own showed bias no mercy on our souls.
Woman in a black robe, with a pretty smile has a black and char-coaled heart.

Was DYS MO all so mighty helping this troubled youth? In this case neglecting a broken hand! Keenan deals with depression and every state goofball seems to miss it, just plain ignores it. State workers claim they’re a pro’s and only follow text book rules written by money greed sociopath’s.

Once again, read my words, Keenan still needs grievance counseling which all government agencies continues his grievance deprivation.

America has lost its heart and soul for greed of money!!!
We are not American citizens. We are sovereigns residing in the state of Missouri.

Thanks to a county police officer with a good heart Keenan was released at 2:00AM this morning.
It appears Keenan will not be charged with the county felony.
