Why did Missouri DYS jump the gun freeing and sending a 16 year old off to college with out any grieving counseling?

Will the prosecutor in charge mark him as an adult felon for life for his non-violent mistakes as an young adolescent barely 17?
Why was Keenan released and then an arrest warrant issued 8 months later after accepting probation, while back in jail in St. Louis City?
Why did the St. Louis City public defender lie and coerce a barely 17 year old into a plea bargain knowingly of an arrest warrant pending is St. Louis County?

Why did I bump into Christa Carr a few months prior in Clayton trying to resolve a warrant while Keenan was being neglected from medical and dental while imprisoned at the workhouse?
Keenan has submitted thirty – forty work applications and so far no one will hire him nor even respond.
UPDATE 9-23-2013
In St. Louis County Court Monday the prosecutor offered 30 days shock time to Keenan which he would serve 10 weekends in the county jail to receive Suspended imposition of sentence (SIS). Originally on the table was a suspend execution of his sentence (SES).
Keenan accepted his offer. Upon after Keenan accepted his offer this man was was compassionate enough to waive the shock time.
Beginning on Thursday 9-23-2313 in St. Louis City Keenan will start drug court for the allege sale and use of marijuana which led to a cop placing a gun to the back of his head. Our country has gone absolutely insane!
If Keenan can complete drug court he will not be marked a felon.
If he fails he will be sentence to a minimum of 5 years and will be isolated, held in state captivity behind the walls of a drug penitentiary all for love love of pot!
Keenan your mom did it and her and her judge was so very proud together upon graduation. No way she wanted a prison sentence.
Her drug not at first by choice was 20 thousand times more dangerously addicting enabled by the scum bag enablers of the world.
