Where is Keenan today?
Keenan, a growing youth, emotionally handicapped and bereaved. Keenan now 18 years of age is barbarically confined, undernourished and kept away from human contact in a St Ann Missouri jail cell 24 hours per day. His meals are restricted to two honey buns, served with a bad habit caffeine addiction, a cup of black coffee to start his morning confinement. His lunch consist of a slice of bologna on two slices of junk bread along with a choice of an applesauce or sugar-free yogurt snack. His evening meal consist of a small potpie. He is restricted to one shower and allowed to brush his teeth every 3 days. This is simply cruel and unusual punishment with no human contact. He is allowed one short free phone call a few times per week mainly to desperately seek a cash bond for the court and jail profiteers. Guilty to proven innocent! His third bond reduction is now down to 500.00 which only buys him a ticket into the next jail who warrants him.
His alleged crimes are fleeing from police in a stolen car. Plus 21 issued traffic tickets.
At only 18-years-old, a bereaved youth who looks 16, with a broken heart of a young child, weighing 150 pounds with emotional handicaps , acquiring drug and alcohol addictions is looking at 5 years minimum in a Missouri state penitentiary a St. Louis city judge told him last September, 2013.
He has stolen, he committed a sin, thou shall not steal, God forgives, why can’t the courts.
I will never lose my patience and hopes for Keenan’s healing and recovery for the 12 hard struggling years Goodman’s tyranny has put us all through. Drug court has given up on him into the 3rd month of long-term Marci Goodman’s damage control. For a moment in time I truly thought St. Louis drug court were the ones? One major dilemma was Keenan having to travel 50-100 miles per day to make his daily meetings by metro, bus and some days myself to avoid handcuffs and shackles being attached to his body. The dead of winter made travel even tougher.
Keenan now wanted in three other jurisdictions in Missouri, Wentzville, South County and drug court in St Louis city. A South County patrolman in Fenton whom has being pursuing Keenan and his 16-year-old girlfriend Nikki. On Wednesday December 18, 2013; the officer told his father if Keenan does not man up he would literally set him up to be seriously hurt or even killed by using Keenan’s own bad choice of friends against him.
The entire America system lacks intelligence, common sense, morals. They fail Keenan they fail themselves.
More shackles and chains please.

I visited Keenan tonight, 7:00PM at The Medium Security Prison on Hall Street He seemed to be in good spirits and hanging in there? Earlier this afternoon the doorbell rang. It was a South County cop looking for Keenan. Looking around I noticed a few more swarmed around house. One young cop was in blue looking like a mailman a house away. Another county cop was hiding on side of the garage. This is twice in one month trying to make they’re capture knowingly he is already warehoused in jail visited by their detective making lying promises to help him for trickery into double confessions. The warrant have now been officially issued by mail this past Saturday. Now Overland, Missouri now pursues him for driving with no valid drivers license after St Ann arresting him for the same 1 out of the 21 plus charges a few hours later.
Saddest news today is without anymore money Keenan no longer has decent legal council which could get him a sentence to a drug prison where he would of least received counseling. It looks as if he may be warehoused with violent killers, rapists, etc..
I now keep up the struggle to help Keenan and I’ve been looking for a new line of work. The clock is ticking way too fast to latch on a job and retain the lawyer big money in time before sentencing.
I now fear the worse and the end for the both of us.

Today Keenan was transported from the St Ann Missouri jail to the St. Louis City Justice Center now waiting on a judge to sentence him to prison as far as I’ve been told. There are still the county cases and the promises of lies by a deceitful south county detective for trickery into confessions? Will update when more light is shed on this subject.

At 5:15 PM this evening prisoners court was held at the St Ann Missouri jail. This round no outsider including direct family members were allowed inside the secretive courtroom. I also tried putting in a visitors request for the next scheduled visitors day which would of been Friday. The lady desk clerk stated all prisoners will no longer have visitations.
Upon returning home I received a message the judge gave him time served. My questions are how does anyone received time served while pleading not guilty, requesting a 30 day speedy trial by jury and legal representation? What is secretly going on in today’s jail profiteering of the new America of injustice?
Without decent legal representation Keenan I fear Keenan will be lost in a brutal system.

I attended prisoners court this evening at the St Ann Missouri jail for moral support for Keenan. I counted 10 males and 5 females all in orange jumpsuits. All prisoners were handcuffed in pairs with orange handcuffs except for Keenan and one female. All males were called first before the judge . Keenan was the last one called. It was hard to hear what exactly what was taking place. He was at the bench for only a couple of minutes then ordered back to his seat. Keenan was mumbling something under his breath. The judge asked him do you have something to say? Keenan stated no and sat down. He seemed to be agitated rocking back and forth in his seat. By then a female jailor approached him and escorted him back to the jail.
Afterwards she ask me to step out of the courtroom out of concern. She stated he’s agitated and is concern for him. The jailor lady said he is her favorite, for he is very smart She wanted to know if he’s supposed to be on medications. She said she could tell he is very disturbed. I briefly filled her in on 12 years of his life. I asked her if she could find him some socks to were to keep his feet warm due to his broken ankle following surgery with a metal plate.
I strongly see and feel Keenan’s constitutional rights are being violated, his due process being ignored and denied. Where is his court appointed legal council and rights to a jury trial?

Tonight two south county police stopped by the house looking for Keenan while I’m somewhat certain they knew he remains under lock and key at the St Ann Missouri jail. One of the two officers has been pursuing him for months.

Keenan was officially terminated from drug court today without his presence while still confined 24/7 in the St Ann Missouri jail.

I finally was allowed to visit Keenan today. The first thing I noticed was that his feet were wrapped in toilet paper stating he is freezing in there trying to keep warm. He almost lost his composure but somehow managed to keep himself together. I could see through his blue eyes he’s hurting deep inside. He told me he would rather be in the dangerous and notorious workhouse due to mainly hunger and kept under lock and key 24/7.
Later that evening I made an appearance at a south county night court in Keenan’s behalf for two misdemeanors. Both him and his girlfriend were both falsely accused, wrongly arrested by excessive force back in October 4, 2013. They both were officially charged two months later after the fact.
Unfortunately Keenan missed drug court that day. I spoke with a sergeant who told me he was going to arrested on the city warrant only. He lied!!! I will give full details on this story at a later time. The judge continued this which hunt case til Wednesday March 26, 2014, 7:00PM or a warrant will be issued while already in jail.
No Marci Goodman we did not forget Amy on her birthday or Christmas day. Leslie Brown, Amy’s mother was on the phone to me crying hard this Christmas 5 years later!!!!! If she still can’t get over her how can Keenan get over her without proper counseling?
