A Family’s Fight to Expose San Diego CWS’s Child Abuse and Corruption

Earlier last year, San Diego CWS social worker Ashlee Purnell targeted my two granddaughters, who were forcibly taken from their loving family. Their nursing mother was jailed like a criminal missing her daughters 1st birthday, and our family has faced relentless attacks from CWS workers David Miller, Ashlee Purnell, Nicole Montzingo, Crystal Felusme, Kimberly Giardina, Alfredo Guardado, (GAL) Lisa Haight, and a carelessgiver Norma Olivares among others. They’ve engaged in perjury, case-fixing, child abuse, child endangerment, coercion, extortion, gaslighting, false reporting, retaliation and rights deprivation, causing chronic trauma to innocent children. My granddaughters remain held hostage and isolated in CWS custody, displaying disturbing behaviors as CWS fights to keep them from us while attempting to silence my free speech. They claim to protect children but prioritize government funding.
I’ve witnessed their corruption firsthand and will testify to their lack of empathy and criminal actions. My family is under extreme duress, with one member recently suffering a life-threatening blood pressure spike and mental health breakdowns, exacerbated by David Miller, Nicole Montzingo, and Kyle Lavin’s intimidation tactics. Miller, a misogynistic bully, manipulates and traumatizes mothers, elderly women, and children without remorse. CWS’s actions mirror Nazi-like oppression, stealing our children’s childhood and violating our human rights. We, two determined men—one young, one old—stand against this corrupt system. We’ll fight tirelessly for our God-given children’s safe return, undeterred by CWS’s tyranny. They may try to strip our dignity, but we’ll protect our children from these monsters at all costs.

Updated – September 2025: My two granddaughters Malaika and Xayah Robinson remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
