🟥 When Retaliation Replaces Justice: A Warning for Every Family

Something deeply wrong is happening in our local child welfare system.

Just days after members of our family peacefully spoke before elected officials—exposing trauma, misconduct, and the emotional destruction inflicted on two innocent children—we were met with swift retaliation.

No due process. No evidence. Just vague allegations, coercive tactics, and manufactured claims targeting a family already crushed by grief and separation.

These children are now bearing the brunt of political egos and unchecked power. This is not reunification. This is revenge.

I won’t stay silent. And I won’t protect the privacy of those hurting these children. I will name names. I will publish picture’s, video’s. I will release audio. Whatever it takes to expose this abuse and fight for justice, I’ll do it—because this isn’t just a legal case. It’s a war on my family, and two little girls are caught in the crossfire. The public deserves to know what’s really happening behind these closed doors. But we will say this:

Retaliating against families for exercising their First Amendment rights is illegal.

Using children as weapons is inhumane.

To those still watching from the sidelines: stay alert. If it can happen to us, it can happen to anyone.

This isn’t about politics. This is about the trauma of children and the soul of justice.

We will not be silenced.We will not stop protecting our family.

And we will not stop telling the truth.

🔥 Confidentiality in dependency court was never meant to shield criminal acts, civil rights violations, or child abuse committed by state actors.

Once the government:

Retaliates against your family for free speech

Gaslights and threatens a mother in private meetings

Coerces toddlers to make false statements

Ignores hospitalizations and suspected abuse

Blocks an RFA-approved grandfather for posting a blog…

👉 That’s not confidentiality. That’s conspiracy.

And conspiracy to commit civil rights violations voids their shield.
