LISA HAIGHT: THE GUARDIAN MALIGNUM WHO PROTECTED ABUSERS AND TORTURED AN INNOCENT FAMILY

WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTED SPEECH
This is not just a blog post. It’s a war cry.
There is a woman who walks the halls of San Diego dependency court wearing the title “guardian ad litem,” but there is nothing guardian about her. Her name is Lisa Haight, though in our home we call her LisaHate. She is not a neutral advocate. She is not a protector of children. She is a destroyer. A punisher. A woman who walked into our lives like a plague and left behind only fear, grief, and devastation.
Lisa Haight is the kind of public official who would rather see children molested in silence than protected by a family that speaks too loudly. She prioritized optics over safety, control over compassion, and punishment over protection.
Let me tell you who Lisa Haight really is.
From the moment she was assigned to our case, she fixated not on facts or evidence—but on one man: the grandfather. An RFA-approved caregiver, a man who helped raised his granddaughters and cares for his dementia-stricken mother. A man who only wanted to keep his granddaughters safe. Lisa Haight zeroed in on him like he was a threat—not because of any wrongdoing, but because he dared to write. He dared to speak. He dared to blog.
She didn’t care that he passed background checks. She didn’t care that he had a safe home. She cared about one thing: silencing him. And she tried. She demanded records—his medical, his financial, his private life—anything she could use to discredit him. In every court hearing. Every CFT meeting. Every report. She waged a smear campaign like it was a personal vendetta.
Lisa Haight chose retaliation over reunification.
When signs of trauma emerged—UTIs, perineal rashes, dried feces, pneumonia, head-banging, screaming fits after visits—she looked the other way. When the mother and advocate uncovered over 500 pages of hidden medical records from the caregiver—records never shared with the parents—Lisa Haight shrugged. She protected the abuser. She ignored the suffering.
Now we’re here. Now there’s a police investigation. Now there are forensic interviews. Now we know the girls were likely molested while under state-approved care.
And Lisa Haight? She’s still backing the system. Still blocking family placement. Still treating our love as a threat and these girls as pawns. This woman did not simply fail to protect. She ensured the children remained vulnerable. She fought to keep them in harm’s way. She used her badge to wage war against the very people who love those children most.
She tortured this family. She traumatized those girls. She enabled abuse. And she will never be forgiven.
Lisa Haight is a disgrace to child welfare. A stain on the bench. A cautionary tale of what happens when cruelty wears a government face and a courtroom smile.
“She would rather gamble with these girls’ bodies and minds than admit she was wrong. Instead of sending them home to the family who loved them since birth, she clung to her power—risking their safety, sanity, and souls just to save face. That’s not child protection. That’s child sacrifice.”
This isn’t over. This war has just begun.
We are coming for the truth. And the truth will bury Lisa Haight’s legacy forever.
More names will follow. More crimes will be exposed.
The era of silence is dead.
Update: 6/24, 8/12, 9/15, 2025: Continuing pattern documented here: alleged retaliation, surveillance and questionable records by county personnel. Journalists, human-rights organizations and civil-rights counsel: please review the linked evidence and contact the family for interviews.
