On July 9, 2025 Nicole Montzingo — Covered up sexual abuse of a three-year-old girl, then smuggled the children out the back door of the hospital after the child disclosed: ‘GG takes me to the dark room
San Diego CWS Social Worker — Child Torturer. Perjurer. Crimes Against Humanity. She couldn’t break the mother — so she broke the child. She couldn’t win with facts — so she authorized the coercion of a toddler. This isn’t protection — it’s psychological warfare. Montzingo oversaw it. Annel Navarro executed it — interrogating a 3-year-old to sabotage her own family.

There’s no excuse for what’s happening now. None.
Nicole Montzingo — the same woman who was David Miller’s supervisor — has picked up the retaliation torch and is now burning this family with it.
She just cut off a mother’s visit to her own daughters. No reason, just lies.
She banned the mother’s advocate—knowing full well about the lies and retaliation. That wasn’t oversight. That was precision.
They erased one advocate. They forgot we have dozens.
Then she stripped the grandfather — who’s been there since birth — down to just 30 minutes of visitation. From 2.5 hours to half an hour. Why? Punishment. Payback. Retaliation.
And the most disturbing part?
She’s using a toddler — a traumatized child — to make false statements against her own mother. Coaching. Manipulating. Weaponizing an innocent baby for lies that never happened.
This is not protection. This is abuse.
This is not justice. This is cruelty.
Nicole Montzingo is not a protector. She is a criminal hiding behind a county title.
Two little girls are being emotionally tortured right now, and it’s time San Diego sees exactly who’s behind it.
San Diego CWS doesn’t get to steal babies and call it safety.
We want them home.
We want them safe.
And we want them alive.
I don’t get to show my grandbabies off like normal people.
They stole that from me — and I won’t stop until every predator involved answers for it.
ONE WEEK AFTER THE HOSPITAL — THEY SHUT US OUT
No visits. No answers. No explanation.
July 9, 2025 – After the hospital visit and the disturbing disclosure — “GG takes me in the dark room” — we were left in the dark. No follow-up. No outcome. No answers.
July 15–16, 2025 – One week later, they canceled our visits completely.
They denied Evelyn her advocate, tried cutting my time down to 30 minutes, and when she stood her ground, they pulled the plug.
Update – August 12, 2025: According to the family, Guardian ad Litem supervisor Nicole McConn pressured the grandfather to remove photos of Lisa Haight. When he refused — citing Haight’s year-long campaign of character assassination — the office went to court and secured a restraining order against his own grandchildren. The family says McConn’s actions continue to terrorize an elder and further prove the system is weaponizing its power instead of working toward reunification.
Why the silence? Why the cover-up?
We’re not backing down.

Updated – September 2025: My grandchildren remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
