We’re Not the Criminals — They Are
Nobody fights this hard for children unless they’re innocent — unless they’ve been framed, lied about, and betrayed. We didn’t hurt these girls. We loved them, protected them, and have fought for them every single day. And now these bureaucrats — Nicole Montzingo, Ashlee Purnell, David Miller, and their judge Calero the Cruel — are orchestrating a rigged show trial, hiding behind paperwork, pretending this is justice. But it’s not. It’s cruelty disguised as law.
The judge is not neutral. David Miller is still pulling strings. Nicole smiles while knifing us in reports. And a 3-year-old — too young to know what’s happening — is being manipulated to destroy her own family. That’s not legal. That’s not ethical. That’s a state-sponsored witch hunt.
Confidentiality? You mean silence while you lie?
She engineers the pain, watches the children suffer, then flashes her mask and grins: “Let’s work together.”
Criticizing the government is not a crime.
Speaking out against child abuse and cover-ups is not a violation.
Posting the truth about public officials is not grounds for retaliation.

Updated – September 2025: My two granddaughters remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
