What Was David Miller Really Doing?
Why was David Miller — a San Diego County social worker — so fixated on a three-year-old little girl?
Why did he brag about how often he saw her? Why did he act like it was some kind of accomplishment to say, “She always shows me her toys,” or “I see her all the time”?
Why was he so obsessed with this child’s daily behaviors, what she said, how she smiled, and how often she interacted with him?
And why, after we publicly exposed him, did CWS investigator Annel Navarro show up to question that same three-year-old — without a forensic specialist — and then twist her innocent toddler words into a weapon against her own mother?
That child was fresh out of respite care — a placement handpicked by Miller — and came back not once, but twice, with alarming signs of trauma:
- A urinary tract infection
- A perineal rash
- And complaints of pain while urinating
She was hurting. She was suffering. And instead of protecting her, they cornered her, coached her, and manipulated her voice — all to push a narrative and punish her family.
Now ask yourself:
Has David Miller been grooming her?
Was this obsession about control?
Or was it something even darker?
Because something is very, very wrong here.
And no one in this corrupt system seems willing to ask the real questions.
But we are.
And the world is listening.
Why?
Why did David Miller go to such disturbing lengths to block reunification, twist reports, and manufacture lies? Why was he so relentless in portraying an innocent family as monsters?
Was it ego? Was it revenge?
Or was it a predator — projecting his own sickness to cover his obsession?
We may never know the full truth behind his motives.
But what’s undeniable is this:
His fixation destroyed lives.
His decisions terrorized children.
And he weaponized the system against a family that only ever wanted to love and protect those girls.
And we will never stop exposing it.
David Miller treated me with less dignity than murderers get on death row.
He gaslit me, disrespected me, and used my grandchildren as weapons — leverage in some sick power trip.
Ted Bundy got more human decency than this bastard gave me.
That’s not child welfare.
That’s psychological warfare.
And he — and Annel Navarro — need to be held accountable.?
