You kicked out the advocate, silenced the mother, and now want a toddler show trial? This isn’t protection — it’s persecution. And yes, the world is watching.

July 22, 2025 – Courtroom Insanity: The trial over a toddler’s coerced words, twisted by a corrupt social worker with no forensic credentials—just a vendetta to settle for her buddies.

This isn’t justice. This is malicious prosecution — a calculated, retaliatory assault on a mother, her children, and their entire family. It’s not about protecting kids. It’s about punishing truth-tellers. It’s state-sponsored bullying, psychological warfare, and child-targeted terrorism dressed up as due process.

On July 22, in what can only be described as a mockery of law and human decency, Lisa Haight (Guardian Ad Litem) and Jesica Nicole Fellman San Diego County Counsel attorney — yet to convinced a judge to push forward with a full-blown trial—based solely on a coerced statement made by a three-year-old toddler “sparked by social worker David Miller — removed for abuse, still nursing a grudge.”

Let that sink in.

This child was never interviewed by a forensic expert, police investigator, or child trauma specialist—only by Annel Navarro, a CWS social worker who conducted the interrogation without proper qualifications or oversight. David Miller had been removed from the case just two days earlier, yet we strongly suspect he orchestrated or influenced the process from behind the scenes. He was removed for abuse of power and psychological abuse of the mother.

Annel Navarro coerced a vulnerable toddler, feeding her names and manipulating her innocent responses to fabricate a lie. She then authored a false report claiming she had been in a car with her father — a blatant act of fraud. This knowingly manufactured accusation is now being used to justify stripping away unsupervised visits and could be weaponized to permanently terminate reunification. This wasn’t a mistake

Meanwhile, the courtroom descended into suppression tactics.

Audra, Evelyn’s long-time advocate, was kicked out of court at the start of the hearing. No legal cause. Just raw intimidation—because she knows the truth and they want her silenced.

And now Haight and County Counsel are arguing that Evelyn should be barred from photographing or filming her own daughters during supervised visits. Why? Because they fear documentation. Because they fear evidence. Because they fear the public seeing love, pain, and the bond they are trying to destroy.

Inside the visitation room, two social workers hover like surveillance agents. The space feels more like a holding cell than a place for bonding. The children are hungry. The mother is heartbroken. And I’m there too—an RFA-approved, law-abiding grandfather—watched like a criminal, though I’ve committed no crime.

This is not protection.
This is not safety.
This is retaliation.
This is child abuse.
This is elder abuse.
And we’re documenting all of it.

You’re not getting these children. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever. As long as I’m breathing, you will not steal what doesn’t belong to you. You will not traumatize them, erase their family, or rewrite the truth. These girls have a mother who loves them, a family who fights for them, and a grandfather who will burn your lies to the ground before he ever lets you win. You may have power, but I have purpose — and that’s something you can’t crush, cage, or corrupt.

Update – August 12, 2025: According to the family, Guardian ad Litem supervisor Nicole McConn pressured the grandfather to remove photos of Lisa Haight. When he refused — citing Haight’s year-long campaign of character assassination — the office went to court and secured a restraining order against his own grandchildren. The family says McConn’s actions continue to terrorize an elder and further prove the system is weaponizing its power instead of working toward reunification.
