Updated – September 2025: My grandchildren remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, and conservator. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
