This is no ghost story. The Thing is real — and it wears a county badge. It doesn’t hide in shadows. It hides in plain sight, inside San Diego’s child welfare system, feeding on families under the cover of “confidentiality” and “child protection”. This is the face of a man who thinks he’s untouchable, who’s spent months retaliating against a family for daring to speak the truth.

This isn’t child welfare.
This is abuse of power.
This is psychological torture.

This is retaliation carried out on innocent children by a state-employed monster.

David Miller has committed crimes against a family, against a mother who did everything right, and against two children who should have been protected — not used.

David Miller should not be working in government.

There is no redemption for someone who weaponizes their position to emotionally brutalize children and retaliate against a mother who complied with every demand. That’s not just cruel — it’s evil.

David Miller is a predator in plain sight, operating under county protection — and he needs to be stopped.
Cuff him.

And who would defend a monster like this? Nicole Montzingo.

A so-called supervisor who didn’t just approve his tactics — she protected him.

While David Miller terrorized a mother and psychologically brutalized a toddler, Nicole stood behind him like a shield.

She backed every lie. She signed off on every report.

She let this predator run wild — then picked up where he left off.

Anyone who defends this kind of sickness is no better than the monster himself.

She’s not a supervisor — she’s an accomplice

I want the world to know who David Miller is. I want his neighbors to know. I want the people who see him shopping, sitting down to eat, walking out of his house — to recognize him.

I want his family to know — his friends, his siblings, if he has them.

And I want his children to grow up knowing the truth about what he really is — because he’s not a man.

He’s not a protector. He’s not a social worker.

He’s a f*cking sadist who hurt innocent children and destroys families.

And no matter how many badges or courtrooms he hides behind —he will never outrun what he did.

Updated – September 2025: My two granddaughters remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.

Our family has been terrorized by San Diego Child Welfare Services—our children stolen, our dignity violated, and we are pleading for urgent civil-rights intervention before more lives are destroyed.
