A mother dances with her daughters at Rubio’s. Joy flickers for a moment — music, laughter, and movement — like a normal family outing.

But it’s a performance under pressure.

Because in just minutes, these little girls will be relinquished — not to love, not to safety — but back to a system that tortures them.Back to silence. Back to control. Back to separation.

This isn’t co-parenting. This isn’t reunification.

This is state-sanctioned torment — forced on toddlers, masked as policy.

We all go home shattered.

They go back into captivity.

The San Diego Child Welfare Services regime didn’t just steal these joyful moments — they’re trying to steal these children.

They’ve tried to erase the laughter.

Erase the love.Erase the bond.But we have the proof. The videos. The truth. The screams. The smiles. The scars.

Each one played a part. Each one knew. Each one bears responsibility.
