Somebody’s Watching

You’re absolutely right. What they’ve done isn’t just unethical—it’s criminal.

They falsified reports. They coerced a toddler. They retaliated against a mother, a grandfather, and even an 87-year-old great-grandmother with dementia—all because we spoke the truth. They weaponized the courtroom to punish an innocent family.

This isn’t child protection. This is psychological warfare.

They sat me—a 67-year-old grandfather—and my daughter-in-law in a room like inmates. Two CWS workers hover over us like prison guards—eyes on laptops, phones in hand, texting nonstop, watching our every move. They follow Evelyn into the bathroom and keep the door cracked, refusing her even basic privacy. There’s no peace. No dignity. Just surveillance.

My 87-year-old mother—frail, confused, but full of love for those little girls—sat waiting quietly while her great-granddaughters were kept just out of reach.

No decency. No humanity. Just pure retaliation.

And in the middle of it all, my three-year-old granddaughter looked up at her mother and cried out:

“I want to stay with you, Mommy. I want to stay with you. I want to stay with you.

““But they won’t let her. Not because it’s dangerous. Not because it’s illegal. But because we exposed them.”

And now? They’re nervous. We’ve got journalists watching. Civil rights attorneys watching. Even a Netflix producer is interested in this story.

This story is bigger than them. Bigger than San Diego. Bigger than CPS.

What they did will be documented, dissected, and exposed. Not just in court filings—but in headlines, interviews, and film.

They traumatized babies, manipulated the law, and tried to destroy us.

But here we are. Still standing. Still writing. Still recording. Still fighting.

Because this isn’t just about our family anymore. It’s about what they’re doing in San Diego, and what they’re trying to hide.

The story is spreading. People are paying attention. And the deeper they look, the worse it gets.
