This is my granddaughter — forced into a car seat, silently crying, her spirit shattered after another visit with her real family. This isn’t protection. This is psychological torture.

San Diego Child Welfare Services (CWS) removed her from her loving mother, her RFA-approved grandfather, and her family, and placed her with non-relative strangers, Norma Olivares and Ronald Rivas Silverio, despite her crying to return home.

This is the trauma they deny. The pain they create. The heartbreak they inflict.
Every tear is a receipt. And we’re collecting them all.

We hold CWS and every player in this abuse machine accountable:
David Miller — the predator who started it all.

Nicole Montzingo, who picked up where he left off.
Annel Navarro, Crystal Felusme, Ashlee Purnell — all complicit.

Lisa Haight, the guardian ad litem who targeted me instead of protecting the children.
Nicole McConn, her supervisor who defends this cruelty.

Judge Alexander Calero, who let it all happen from the bench.

And the ones in charge: Director Alfredo Guardado, former Deputy Chief Kimberly Giardina and the new Deputy Chief Elizabeth Hernandez.

This is not reunification.
This is state-sanctioned child abuse.

Multiple videos documenting the emotional distress and trauma experienced by two minor children during their separation from family have been removed from public view after the termination of the family’s YouTube channel.

These videos were not entertainment.
They were evidence—recorded to preserve the voices, words, and emotional state of the children during ongoing dependency proceedings.

The removal of this material has interfered with the family’s ability to document, preserve, and publicly discuss matters of urgent public concern, including:

The treatment of children in state custody
Alleged misconduct within the child welfare system
The silencing of families who speak out to protect their children
This action raises serious First Amendment concerns, particularly where speech relates to government conduct, child safety, and the preservation of evidence.

Let the record reflect:

The original video files remain محفوظ and preserved by the family
The removal of the channel does not erase the underlying evidence
Efforts to document and expose harm to these children will continue through lawful channels
Attempts to suppress public discussion do not resolve the underlying issues.
They only amplify the need for transparency.
The truth does not disappear because a platform removes it.
