Lisa Haight didn’t just traumatize my two precious granddaughters — she performed emotional surgery without anesthesia. She shattered their nervous systems, fractured their bond, rewired their trust, and called it child advocacy. What she did wasn’t protection — it was calculated, clinical destruction of two innocent girls.
When the case first opened, multiple parties supported placing the girls with family. Even David Miller and Nicole Montzingo pretended to support it at one point. But Lisa Haight stood alone, waving the red flag of opposition, obsessed with blocking the one safe, loving, trauma-informed home these girls knew — my home. And why? Because I told her, face-to-face, at a July 10th CFT meeting, that I have a blog and I expose corruption. That was it. That was the trigger.
From that moment forward, Lisa Haight made it her personal mission to bury me in paperwork, suspicion, and slander. She didn’t just oppose placement — she tried to microscopically annihilate me. If she had her way, she’d haul in a high-powered microscope from NASA, drop me on her science lab table, and perform a full-body forensic breakdown:

Full psychological dissection without anesthesia
She doesn’t care about trauma. She doesn’t care about bonding. She doesn’t care about great-grandma’s dementia or the smiles these girls bring her. Lisa Haight wanted to dissect, examine, interrogate, and disqualify — because she hates resistance. She hates exposure. She hates whistleblowers.
Even when Evelyn — the children’s mother — completed her six-month service plan, Haight stood by and said nothing as the court tore her apart for not driving. No license. No car. And somehow that was enough to start a new war against the mother. Haight didn’t advocate. She didn’t question the punishment. She watched, smug and silent, as reunification was shredded.
Lisa Haight wasn’t acting as a guardian ad litem. “She was acting as a guardian executioner — delivering punishment instead of protection, hell-bent on erasing the voices that threatened her authority.”
And when they couldn’t break Evelyn, they broke the children. When they couldn’t silence the father, they targeted the grandfather. And Lisa Haight? She cheered it on from the bench.

Update – August 12, 2025: According to the family, Guardian ad Litem supervisor Nicole McConn pressured the grandfather to remove photos of Lisa Haight. When he refused — citing Haight’s year-long campaign of character assassination — the office went to court and secured a restraining order against his own grandchildren. The family says McConn’s actions continue to terrorize an elder and further prove the system is weaponizing its power instead of working toward reunification.
Updated – September 2025: My two granddaughters remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
