Strapped down like cargo. Crying for her family. This wasn’t protection—it was punishment.

They have been trying to steal them from day one. And now, as the lies pile up, as the trauma deepens, it’s crystal clear: this isn’t about reunification. This isn’t about safety. This is about possession. This is about power. This is about profit.

My granddaughter is screaming in pain, again crying in the backseat of that government van on July 30th, 2025. Just watch the video. She’s strapped in like cargo, and she’s begging in her own broken words to stay with her family. She’s not confused. She’s not coached. She’s terrified.Why? Because she knows she doesn’t belong with strangers. She knows she’s being dragged away. Again.

San Diego County Child Welfare Services has turned child protection into a warzone. This isn’t care. This is cruelty. They are ripping these girls from their mother, their grandfather, their great-grandmother—for what?For power. For control. Maybe for adoption incentives. Maybe worse.

Let’s name every adult who’s complicit in this crime:

Nicole Montzingo, who picked up where David Miller left off, weaponizing children’s words and destroying reunification.

Lisa Haight, the GAL who has done everything in her power to assassinate our character and block placement with family—because she doesn’t like us.

David Miller, the psychopath who set this in motion with lies, threats, and retaliatory reports.

Annel Navarro, the coercive interrogator of toddlers.

Norma Olivares, the caregiver who is NOT family, who is NOT safe, and who has tried from the beginning to sever these children from the bloodline.

Judge Alexander M. Calero, the kingpin of it all—the predator in the robe who signs off on every abuse, every cover-up, every lie.

If you read the reports, you’ll see what they’re doing. None of it adds up. They’ve written us all off: the mother, the father, the grandfather, the great-grandmother, even the children themselves. This is not justice. It’s a machine. And that machine is devouring innocent families.

These girls were never abused. They were loved. They were protected. And now they are being psychologically tortured. Lied to. Coerced. Removed from every safe space they’ve ever known.

Multiple videos documenting the emotional distress and trauma experienced by two minor children during their separation from family have been removed from public view after the termination of the family’s YouTube channel.

These videos were not entertainment.
They were evidence—recorded to preserve the voices, words, and emotional state of the children during ongoing dependency proceedings.

The removal of this material has interfered with the family’s ability to document, preserve, and publicly discuss matters of urgent public concern, including:

The treatment of children in state custody.
Alleged misconduct within the child welfare system.
The silencing of families who speak out to protect their children,

This action raises serious First Amendment concerns, particularly where speech relates to government conduct, child safety, and the preservation of evidence.

Let the record reflect:

The original video files remain محفوظ and preserved by the family.
The removal of the channel does not erase the underlying evidence.
Efforts to document and expose harm to these children will continue through lawful channels.
Attempts to suppress public discussion do not resolve the underlying issues.
They only amplify the need for transparency.
