A Family Punished for Speaking Out
Even with Judge Marci Goodman, I never felt stripped of my dignity. Today, what I see in San Diego goes beyond rulings — it is the systematic attempt to dehumanize families, to break their spirit while taking their children. That’s what makes this fight different.
On July 30th, 2025, inside a doctor’s lobby, a mother sits with her two daughters. The youngest clings to her mother the entire time, her bond unshakable. The older one plays happily because her family is around, talking to her grandfather, asking little questions about who’s in her house. A normal, innocent family moment.
But it’s overshadowed by two county workers stationed in opposite corners, watching. Not for protection. Not for safety. They are there only to punish, degrade, and dehumanize a family that dared to speak out about a predator who psychologically terrorized the mother.
This isn’t child protection. It’s retaliation. Our visits were cut. Our dignity stripped. And the dehumanizing treatment continues.
First Amendment: Punishing a family for speaking out is retaliation, which violates the right to free speech.
Due Process: Removing visits or family contact without cause is government abuse of power.
18 U.S.C. § 242: Under federal law, it is a crime for officials acting “under color of law” to deprive anyone of their constitutional rights.
International Human Rights: Degrading or dehumanizing treatment is recognized globally as cruel and unlawful.
On August 12, 2025, all of the grandfather’s visits were terminated — blatant retaliation for his distribution of a truthful informational flyer booklet.
North Korea in San Diego. In North Korea, they silence dissent with prison camps. In San Diego’s CPS courtrooms, they do it with gag orders, sealed files, and character assassination. Judge Alexander Calero and his pack of predators hide behind “confidentiality” the way a dictator hides behind propaganda — torturing mothers, traumatizing children, and tearing families apart without shame. This isn’t justice. It’s state-sponsored cruelty with a California zip code.
