A Peeping TomKat in San Diego’s CWS — spying on a mother and her children in the bathroom under the guise of ‘monitoring.’ Inhumane. Degrading. Retaliation

Inhumane. Degrading. Retaliation. A San Diego social worker peeks into the bathroom while on her phone, typing every detail during a diaper change and potty break. A mother and her two little girls under constant surveillance — no crime committed, just punishment for speaking out.

They tell families that the system is built to reunify children with their parents.

Families are terrorized with surveillance during visits.

When you speak out, they retaliate.

They strip away unsupervised time and force you back into restrictive supervision.

Children are made to live visits under the eyes of two monitors — even followed to the bathroom.

This is not child welfare.

This is not reunification.

This is cruel, degrading treatment of children, parents, and even grandparents.

And it needs to be exposed.

I want to go with you and Mommy.

I want to go with you, Grandpa.

My eldest granddaughter whispers this into my ear every time she sees me. She always wants to come home.

For over a year, social workers, supervisors, county counsel, caregivers, and even the court have waged a smear campaign against me. They cut my visits, invent lies, and retaliate — all to make me into their example. But I’m not bowing down. I’m a 67-year-old grandfather who refuses to accept corruption as normal. If they can target me, they can target anyone. I will not just fight for my granddaughters — I’ll lead others to see that they don’t have to take this, because the truth is, they already have your children.
