Judge Alejandro Morales

Judge Alejandro Morales has made decisions that, in my opinion, aid and reinforce a system that traffics children under the color of law. His choices speak for themselves.

San Diego Superior Court Judge Alejandro Morales signed restraining orders aimed at silencing a blood family — even restricting the grandfather of these children — while caregivers and officials moved in secrecy.

But why?

When Judge Alejandro Morales signed those orders, was he fully informed about the actions of Nicole McConn (GAL supervisor), Jessica Nicole Fellman (County Counsel), and Norma Olivares (a non-blood caregiver)? Was he misled by false narratives from (GAL), County Counsel and Child Welfare Services? Was he a colleague or ally of those pushing the order — or was he simply used as a pawn in a much bigger cover-up?

Here’s the truth: this restraining order wasn’t about “safety.” It was about retaliation and silence.

I passed out flyers — a small booklet of truth, about 11 pages — exposing the fraud, the retaliation, and the trauma inflicted on my granddaughters. Flyers, not threats. Words, not violence.

Those flyers were then photocopied, stripped of color, and stapled into the restraining order as “evidence.” My constitutionally protected speech — the exercise of a grandfather’s right to warn the public — was twisted into grounds for silencing me. 

Why would a judge grant such an order? Why would the court punish a blood family for telling the truth, while ignoring documented trauma, unauthorized “transition” therapy, fabricated reports, and Norma Olivares a non-relative caregiver trying to steal children?

Is Judge Alejandro Morales complicit in this system of child theft and retaliation — or was he misled into weaponizing the law against an innocent family? Either way, the public deserves answers.

There is no way Norma Olivares will get away with stealing a blood family’s children. Even under the shield of San Diego Child Welfare Services, County Counsel, the Guardian ad Litem, and the courts, this is still a crime. This family will not be silenced. Restraining orders will not stop the truth from being told, and they will not stop us from reporting every violation to every authority who will listen. The internet is already filled with the evidence. We are not going away. We will not allow these children to be taken from their family.
