Innocents on Trial
KIDNAPPED BY SAN DIEGO CHILD WELFARE SERVICES — STILL HELD HOSTAGE

Say their names: Malaika and Xayah. These are not dependents — they are hostages. And when children are kidnapped, there is no confidentiality — only crimes that must be exposed
SAY THEIR NAMES
Malaika & Xayah
BRING THEM HOME

By California law, federal law, and under God — these are my grandchildren, Evelyn Lopez’s children, Keenan Robinson’s children, great-grandchildren of Leslie and the late David Brown, Charline H. and the late Max Robinson. They are not the children of Norma Olivares or Ronald Rivas Silverio. Never were. Never will be.
How San Diego CWS, the GAL, and County Counsel Turn Victims Into Defendants
The public needs to understand: this is not justice — this is persecution.
San Diego Child Welfare Services, the Guardian ad Litem, and County Counsel have twisted the system into something unrecognizable. Instead of protecting children, they are putting innocent children and their blood family on trial.
The Children: Malaika and Xayah — toddlers — treated like property, dragged through secret “transition” therapy, interrogated, coerced, and used as pawns in fabricated reports.
The Mother: Evelyn Lopez — a young mother who completed her entire service plan, yet is smeared with false allegations, treated as guilty no matter what she proves.
The Father: Keenan Robinson — punished for speaking up, silenced in the courtroom, ejected for objecting to lies, yet he refuses to stop fighting for his daughters.
The Grandfather: Ricky Robinson — an RFA-approved caregiver, trustee, conservator, and lifelong protector of his family — attacked with retaliatory restraining orders simply for telling the truth, handing out flyers, and defending his grandchildren.
Meanwhile, the real criminals — CWS officials, County Counsel Jessica Nicole Fellman, GAL Nicole McConn, fraudulent caregiver Norma Olivares, and complicit judges — hide behind closed doors and paper shields. They invent charges, file false reports, and weaponize restraining orders against those who dare to expose them.
This is not a trial for justice. This is a trial of the innocent — a trial of children who cry for their family, and a trial of relatives punished for refusing to stay silent.
The question every citizen must ask: Why are innocent families being prosecuted while child abusers are being protected?
Malaika and Xayah are not dependents. They are hostages of San Diego Child Welfare Services.
