The Most Evil Acts in San Diego Family Court History
Children’s Legal Services of San Diego (CLSSD) has become a machine of cruelty — not protection.
Under Guardian ad Litem Lisa Haight, her supervisor Nicole McConn, County Counsel Jesica Nicole Fellman, CWS social workers David Miller, Nicole Montzingo-Avila, Ashlee Purnell, Chantal Hill and Annel Navarro, along with complicit judges Alexander Calero and Alejandro Morales, this system has favored one false caregiver over an entire bloodline—empowering lies, retaliation, and a campaign of isolation so complete that even the children’s 88-year-old great-grandmother may never see them again.
She is now in serious condition, recovering from brain surgery, preparing to return home under hospice care. Yet these officials still move forward with restraining orders and courtroom threats — cutting off a dying elder’s right to hold her great-grandchildren one last time. This is not justice. It is cruelty codified by a court.
When history recounts San Diego’s betrayal of family and faith, the names Lisa Haight, Nicole McConn, Jesica Nicole Fellman, Judge Calero, and Judge Morales will stand beside the system they enabled — a system that protects predators, punishes love, and calls it “law.”
Until Malaika and Xayah Robinson are safely returned home,

My best friend is going through the same thing since April the judge is Alejandro Morales. Every was illegal and premeditated!
the won’t really give any information her girls are ages 1 and 3.
the foster people work for Polinsky and are “therapists”
the worker that came to the daycare and stole the girls is named amber she also told us why she was there who called her, the bitter vindictive abusive father of the youngest also my ex husband which has prior abuse history. But not 1 person working for that corrupt administration as listened to anything. They even had the vista sheriff help with the kidnapping and false arrest which no charges were ever filed after they got what they wanted the girls.
the attorney provided by the state is also making sure my friend stands no chance and has basically sent her rolling right into a steel wall.
at this point not sure what else to do
we barely found out the name of the judge today as well as her attorney
isn’t that ridiculous!!!!!
