(RFA) — Because Stealing Kids for Strangers Pays Better Than Reunification
COLLECTIVE STATEMENT — RFA RETALIATION EXPOSED
San Diego’s RFA Unit has now officially joined the retaliation campaign.
After a year of watching Child Welfare terrorize this family, steal two children — Malaika and Xayah Robinson — stalk the home, interrogate the mother, and now hunt newborn twins at twilight, the RFA unit has stepped into the mud with them.
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 9:03 a.m., an RFA worker named Rita called the grandfather.
At that moment, the newborn twins were eight days old. His mother — the girls’ great-grandmother — had died only six days earlier. The family was grieving, exhausted, and still under attack.
Instead of offering support, Rita claimed there was an alleged “violation” of his RFA — but refused to say what it was. No incident. No date. No written notice. No allegation in plain language. She demanded he come into the office before she would explain anything.
This is not policy.
This is not procedure.
This is not reunification support.
This is entrapment.
San Diego RFA — the same unit that claims to “support relative placement” — is now pressuring an approved grandfather while he is grieving a death, fighting forced separation of two toddlers, and watching the same system stalk newborn twins.
And for what?
For blog posts, whistleblowing, and refusing to be silent.
The RFA unit did not say:
• “Here is the allegation against you.”
• “Here is your written notice.”
• “Here is the policy you violated.”
Instead, they used the standard CWS tactic:
“Come in. Then we’ll tell you.”
Absolutely not.
You do not lure a grandfather into an office with hostile workers who refuse to put anything in writing. You do not weaponize “compliance meetings” to silence someone’s First Amendment rights. You do not threaten the only RFA relative standing between these children and adoption.
This is collusion and retaliation — not child protection.
And the Collective will be documenting every second of it.
If the RFA unit wants to align itself with Kimberly Giardina, Alfredo Guardado, and the network already exposed in San Diego — so be it.
But they will be held accountable in daylight — and in real time.

In tens of thousands of years of human history, no grandfather ever needed government permission to love, protect, or raise his own blood. Only modern bureaucracy invented this absurd idea.
UPDATE: 11/24/2025
The RFA Office continues to contact the grandfather while he is still grieving his mother and handling an active investigation, yet they refuse to provide even the most basic transparency. They claim there is an “RFA violation,” but still cannot produce a single written notice, a date, a name, a description, or a shred of documentation. No who, no what, no when, no where. Just pressure to “come into the office” with nothing in writing — the same agency that emails picnic invitations, trainings, and reminders suddenly can’t send a simple written report. This is not support for relatives. This is intimidation without accountability.
