Nicole McConn is a loose cannon operating in a position of influence within San Diego’s children’s legal system. The pattern tied to her name is not one of protection, but of retaliation, power games, judicial maneuvering, and disregard for the real harm being done to children, families, and even elderly dependents. This is the kind of official the public should be warned about: someone the family views as fixated, vindictive, and willing to push restraining orders, family separation, and abuse of process against blood relatives while ignoring the visible trauma and suffering unfolding in plain sight. In the family’s view, this is not child advocacy. It is a small closed bubble of power, shielded by titles and courtroom access, where the wrong people are protected and the innocent are targeted. The public deserves to know the name Nicole Ann McConn and to look closely at the damage associated with it.
