Keenan was recently reunited with his Mom on his latest 48 hour pass, its the first time in years that they were able to spend unsupervised time together. They were actually able to spend the night together under the same roof. The video seen here is one of the happy times they shared on their recent visit.
San Diego County may have erased the video, but they did not erase the truth. This was family history — not harassment, not a threat, and not a crime.
UPDATE: June, 2008 – Since returning from his 48-hour pass, Keenan has already suffered another emotional collapse. Instead of being given compassion or real help, he was treated like a criminal and physically restrained. Keenan is not a bad child — he is a hurting child who needs to be back with his mother. Only then can he begin to heal and have a chance at a normal childhood before it’s too late.
