DOUBLE JEOPARDY or Florida child abuse??

DOUBLE JEOPARDY or Florida child abuse??

After court today I dropped my son off at school.  Within an hour the resource officer who charged my son on 11/18/08 for fighting another kid, that slapped his ear and rubbed lotion on his face, called me to take him back to jail again!  What are they thinking, do they want my own son to hate me?  So I did just that, to avoid my son being shackled.  Let me be very clear that he had already been processed, and spent 2 nights in jail for this crime, and he was in front of the judge on 11/18-20/08, and was released. So why is it that Florida does this twice to a child for the same incident? Can you say DOUBLE JEOPARDY?? Now this state is violating my child’s Fifth amendmant rights or is Florida somehow exempt from the constitution of the United States of America???

  1. this is clearly a violation of his rights and direct constant harassment…….if a person murders another person and is found innocent and then says afterward “OH BY THE WAY, I DID KILL THAT PERSON” you can’t be tried for the same crime again….this child shouldn’t be either. his rights have been violated!
