My granddaughters cry tears of saddness in silence wanting to come back home to loving family.
My son and I are victims of malfeasance and moral turpitude orchestrated out of retaliation by San Diego CWS Child Welfare Services social workers, their supervisors, guardian ad litem and a caregiver. The lies they are saying and falsely writing could cost both of our lives. We are asking for a full federal investigation into the corruption of this San Diego CWS Child Welfare Services.
Stop calling it family court! It’s not family court. It’s an orchestrated civil conspiracy that is committing child abuse. We must unite if you want your kids back. The people have the right to know about government corruption. Because our children are being abused and chronically traumatized. This puts government corruption and awareness at the top of the list.

SAN DIEGO CWS IS NOW THREATENING TO PLACE MY TWO TENDER-AGE GRANDDAUGHTERS IN THE POLINSKY CHILDREN’S CENTER — A FACILITY THAT HAS FACED OVER ONE HUNDRED SEXUAL ABUSE–RELATED CLAIMS, LAWSUITS, AND ALLEGATIONS OVER THE YEARS.THIS IS RETALIATION, AND IT PUTS MY BABY GIRLS AT EXTREME RISK.
I AM AN RFA-APPROVED GRANDFATHER. Despite that, San Diego CWS social workers and supervisors have taken actions that destroyed two innocent men’s lives — mine included — by isolating us, targeting us, and placing us under extreme and unnecessary scrutiny. Their conduct has put us at serious emotional and personal risk.
URGENT UPDATE – 4/9/25 COURT: Today in court, the Guardian ad Litem once again opposed placing our grandchildren with their own familiar, safe, RFA-approved family. Her ongoing hostility toward me — a grandfather with a spotless record and more than 30 years without even a traffic violation — raises serious concerns about bias and her ability to act in the best interests of the children. Her conduct reflects a disturbing pattern of disregard for family reunification and for the emotional well-being
The Guardian ad Litem has placed me under an extreme and unreasonable level of scrutiny — far beyond anything appropriate for an RFA-approved grandfather with a spotless record. Instead of supporting safe, familiar family placement, she continues to attack my character, question my integrity, and pursue me with a level of hostility that borders on personal persecution.
Her actions are not child-focused. They are fixated on me — while my two tender-age granddaughters remain separated from their loving family and at risk of being placed in facilities like the Polinsky Children’s Center, a location with a long history of lawsuits and abuse-related claims.
This pattern of bias raises serious concerns about her ability to serve in a role that requires neutrality, empathy, and the best interests of the children. The case deserves a Guardian ad Litem who supports family preservation — not one who targets a grandfather instead of protecting the children.
UPDATE — 4/9/25: Today, on very short notice, the mother’s two scheduled weekly visitations were canceled. The official reason given was “short staffing,” but the timing is extremely concerning — especially since she recently reported possible abuse involving our 3-year-old granddaughter.

Certain San Diego CWS social workers and a caregiver have made statements and taken actions that cause me genuine fear for my personal safety. No family member advocating for the protection of young children should ever feel intimidated, threatened, or unsafe because of the behavior of people in authority.
A “CPS monster social worker” refers to a child protective services (CPS) worker who is perceived as being overly aggressive, manipulative, or not acting in the best interest of a child during an investigation, potentially leading to unnecessary removal of children from their homes even when there is no serious threat to their safety; essentially, acting more like a villain than a helping professional.

California Penal Code §182 defines “conspiracy” as an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime. This can include acts ranging from conspiracy to commit murder to conspiracies aimed at defrauding individuals or even conspiracy to implicate an innocent person in a crime.
Framing: Someone fabricates evidence or testimony to falsely implicate an innocent person in a crime.
Penalties for conspiracy in California can be harsh and depend on the crime planned. They range from substantial fines to lengthy prison sentences.
California Business and Professions Code (BPC) § 2052 makes it a crime to practice medicine without a license, which can be charged as a felony or misdemeanor depending on the case, and includes activities like diagnosing, treating, or prescribing without a valid license.

On October 2, 2024, a San Diego CWS social worker texted me saying we could “work together.” In that very same message, she warned that if I did not remove my public posts, they would stop facilitating my visits with my granddaughters. That is not cooperation — that is coercion and a direct attempt to silence my freedom of speech.
As this case progresses, the pattern has become unmistakable. The sudden restrictions, the false narratives being written about me, and the exclusion of our paternal family all point to retaliation and a coordinated effort to damage my reputation as an innocent grandfather.
False statements in official reports are not harmless — they put real people at risk. When government officials spread damaging misinformation about someone, it can lead to serious consequences, even physical danger.
Today, the entire paternal family is being kept away from my granddaughters, despite our history as safe, loving, RFA-approved relatives. There is no legitimate reason for this separation. The only explanation that fits the facts is retaliation and abuse of power.
We are dealing with a San Diego CWS social worker whose behavior shows clear bias, retaliation, and a disturbing abuse of power. His conduct goes far beyond professional boundaries — this is not social work, this is control, manipulation, and targeted character destruction.
His fixation on blocking family placement and isolating two young girls from their loving relatives raises serious concerns about his judgment and motivations. Families deserve transparency and protection, not intimidation and retaliation from the very people entrusted with their children’s well-being.
San Diego CWS Child Welfare Services are despicable and extremely dangerous. Please, citizens San Diego protect your children and families.
I will say I actually miss retired Judge Marci Goodman and I could possibly forgive her? I will NEVER forgive these San Diego CWS demons!!!
