Following today’s court proceedings, I, Ricky Robinson, feel a glimmer of hope for a peaceful resolution and the safe return of my two beloved granddaughters. The judge overseeing the case of these precious young girls appears to be impartial, not swayed by the Lisa Haight Guardian ad Litem (GAL) or the alleged abusers within Child Welfare Services (CWS). The fate of these little ones remains in God’s hands.
I am adamantly calling for the release of my tender-aged granddaughters from the alleged psychological and physical abuse inflicted by San Diego CWS and the anguish my entire family has suffered due to the purported fraud and malevolence of CWS social workers Ashlee Purnell, David Miller, Nicole Montzingo, Crystal Felusme, Kyle Lavin, Gizel Aquino, and Melissa Sanchez, as well as (GAL) Lisa Haight, who I believe is not acting in the best interest of the children.
I demand that GAL Lisa Nichole Haight of Children’s Legal Services of San Diego cease her alleged vendetta against me. I am an innocent, devoted grandfather with an impeccable record, not even a traffic violation in over three decades. I insist upon the immediate release and safe return of my granddaughters from what I perceive as child endangerment, psychological abuse, and child trafficking institutions. We must put an end to the theft of our children’s innocence! Our voices will not be silenced.

Justice for Amy Marie Brown: A Battle Against CPS Corruption
This website is dedicated to the memory of our dearly beloved Amy Marie Brown — a victim of the broken Child Protective Services (CPS) system whose life was tragically cut short by a long, unwarranted battle orchestrated by retired Judge Marci Goodman.
Amy’s story is not just a personal tragedy; it’s a reflection of a much deeper and dangerous sickness festering within the very agencies that claim to protect our children.
Today, Amy’s two tender-aged granddaughters are trapped in the careless, reckless hands of San Diego’s Child Welfare Services (CWS), under the so-called care of social worker David Miller, Nicole Montzingo and Guardian ad Litem Lisa Haight.
For months now, these innocent 1- and 3-year-old girls have been subjected to devastating psychological abuse, forced separation, and severe medical neglect. Their health is rapidly deteriorating — in just the past week, they have been rushed to Rady’s Children’s Hospital multiple times. They are showing visible signs of trauma and psychological damage, the tragic result of government retaliation and gross misconduct.
This is not just incompetence — it is cruelty.
It is nothing short of modern-day experimentation on vulnerable children, reminiscent of the darkest chapters of human history.
David Miller, Nicole Montzingo, Ashlee Purnell, and Lisa Haight have betrayed their sacred duty to protect.
Instead, they have weaponized their positions against an innocent family. Instead of reuniting two suffering babies with the only safe haven they know, these so-called protectors have chosen to escalate the pain and suffering — all out of sheer retaliation.
We, the people, have had enough.
We will continue to fight — tooth and nail, day and night — until Amy’s granddaughters are freed from the dangerous grip of San Diego’s CWS system and returned to the loving arms of their family.
We are calling on all advocates, activists, lawmakers, and citizens of conscience:

Speak out.
Demand an immediate investigation into the actions of David Miller, Ashlee Purnell, Lisa Haight, and the San Diego CWS.
Demand accountability.
Demand justice for Amy Marie Brown — and for every innocent child being used as a pawn in a broken system.
