Lisa Haight has spent over a year attacking family, sabotaging reunification, and character-assassinating a licensed RFA grandfather who did nothing but fight for his granddaughters.
Instead of investigating the damage Haight caused. Nicole McConn picked up the sword and kept swinging.
WHAT SHE’S DOING
Threatening a family for posting the truth online. Defending Lisa Haight’s lies and misconduct instead of evaluating the case honestly and independently. Blocking placement with a safe, loving blood-relative family. Supporting continued placement with strangers who have traumatized the children. Enabling a system that has trafficked, gaslit, and psychologically harmed two baby girls.
Let that sink in:
This woman is not protecting children — she’s protecting her own reputation, Haight’s failures, and a corrupt court agenda.
SHE’S A CHIEF-CONSPIRATOR
Let’s call it what it is:
When you back a GAL who lied in court, you’re part of the lie.
When you continue blocking family placement, you’re prolonging the abuse.
When you support fake reports over real bonding photos, you’re choosing trauma.
When you threaten a whistleblower, you’re a First Amendment violator.
Nicole McConn is no neutral party.
She’s a gatekeeper of the cover-up, and a barrier to healing.
TWO LITTLE GIRLS MALAIKA AND XAYAH ARE STILL SUFFERING
The children are:
Being kept from their mother who completed her case plan.
Denied safe placement with a licensed grandfather.
Left in the hands of strangers and manipulators.
And Nicole McConn — just like Lisa Haight — calls that child welfare.
No. This is child trafficking in plain sight.
This is emotional abuse with a government paycheck.
SHE MUST BE REMOVED
She is biased.
She is retaliatory.
She is complicit in federal fraud.
And she is not acting in the children’s best interest.

You and Lisa Haight are not guardians of children. You are enforcers of trauma. What you have done to these little girls is barbaric, and no title will wash the stain off it.
You’re part of a corrupt system — CWS, Children’s Legal Services, County Counsel and a puppet judge, Alexander Calero/ judge Alejandro Morales — all working together to destroy a loving family and protect lies.
You’ve caused pain no child should ever endure.
You will be exposed.
And hopefully, none of you will ever be allowed to work with children again.

Nicole McConn stepped in to protect Lisa Haight’s image. That makes her part of the cover-up, not part of the solution.
A real guardian ad litem supervisor doesn’t defend someone accused of harming children, they investigate. They don’t threaten whistleblowers for exposing abuse, they listen. When Nicole McConn told me to remove Lisa Haight’s photo, she wasn’t acting as a guardian. She was acting like a fixer for a criminal enterprise.
Nicole McConn doesn’t protect the children. She protects the predator.
That’s not a guardian ad litem supervisor. That’s a chief-conspirator.
It is time for lawmakers to make sure what happened to Malaika and Xayah is never allowed to happen again. Put Malaika and Xayah into law.

Update — March 2026: Malaika and Xayah remain held hostage while the entire family continues to endure trauma, retaliation, and ongoing abuse of power. The children are still being kept from the family fighting to bring them home, and the harm has not stopped — it has spread through the mother, grandparents, siblings, and everyone still standing in this fight. Great-grandma is gone, and she should never have died in the crossfire of this system.
Update – August 12, 2025: According to the family, Guardian ad Litem supervisor Nicole McConn pressured the grandfather to remove photos of Lisa Haight. When he refused — citing Haight’s year-long campaign of character assassination — the office went to court and secured a restraining order against his own grandchildren. The family says McConn’s actions continue to terrorize an elder and further prove the system is weaponizing its power instead of working toward reunification.
