The more Calero cries ‘confidentiality,’ the louder the truth echoes. He’s not a judge — he’s an exhibit.

My son told judge Alexander Calero the truth: ‘You’re covering up sexual abuse.’ Listen to the courtroom where truth was muted and family was thrown out for protesting.

This man is not just biased. He is knowingly allowing:
Perjury
Fraudulent reports
Coerced child testimony
Case-fixing
Retaliation for whistleblowing

Abuse of federal Title IV-E (Foster Care and Adoption Assistance)
Title IV-B (Child and Family Services)
These are both subsections of the Social Security Act.

Psychological torture of babies, toddlers, children and families.
Collusion with criminal social workers.
We are not afraid of his robe, his courtroom, or his threats.
This is not child protection.
This is child destruction — funded by our own taxpayer dollars.

Judge Calero turned a blind eye after:
The mother, Evelyn Lopez, completed her service plan.
Dozens of positive visit reports from David Miller and others.
A six-month period of successful unsupervised visits.
Then we spoke out — and Calero punished the family.

He let social worker Annel Navarro coerce a three-year-old.
He let Nicole Montzingo and others push false reports.
He ignores the screams of children.
He allowed retaliation after protected speech.
He checked the box to terminate reunification.
This is not justice.
This is cruel and unusual punishment.

We demand:
An investigation into Calero’s courtroom.
A federal audit of 1-4-E/1-B funding.
Immediate removal of this judge from the bench.
Reunification of the children with their biological family.

He wears the robe — but he is no judge. He is a state-funded predator in a courtroom costume.
This isn’t a courtroom. It’s a crime scene.
Where judges let social workers case-fix, commit perjury, and back each other up in secret hearings. Where medical abuse is ignored, elderly caregivers are slandered, and traumatized babies are denied family. Where threats of trafficking and PCC hang over toddlers like a death sentence. This is San Diego — modern-day Nazi Germany in black robes.

THE CONFIDENTIALITY LIE:
Judge Calero’s Favorite Cover Story.
Every time Judge Calero steps into that courtroom, he performs the same tired lecture on confidentiality.
He claims it’s to protect the minors.
He warns that they might be embarrassed later in life.
He bans recordings, videos, photos, transparency.

But here’s the truth:
This isn’t about protecting children.
It’s about protecting himself.
It’s about hiding misconduct. It’s about shielding social workers who lie, retaliate, and destroy families.

If this court really cared about protecting children:
They wouldn’t let toddlers be coerced into lies.
They wouldn’t allow children to be molested, hospitalized, and traumatized in foster care.
They wouldn’t cut off an RFA-approved grandfather and isolate a healing mother.
They wouldn’t favor strangers over blood relatives.

But instead, Calero runs a courtroom where:
Perjury is routine. Character assassination is sport.
Medical neglect is ignored. And constitutional rights are trampled in silence.

“Confidentiality” isn’t a shield for children.
It’s a shield for criminals in black robes and badge-wielding liars.
So no — we’re not buying it.
And we’re not staying silent.
We fight for truth. We fight for family. And we fight for the children this system is destroying.

Updated – October 2025: My two granddaughters remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
