They call it confidentiality to protect “children’s privacy.” But in practice, it’s being used to shield abuse, retaliation, and possible medical assault from scrutiny. When the court itself becomes a hub for rights violations, you’re no longer a “participant” — you’re a witness and victim in an ongoing criminal conspiracy.

These are not confidential facts — they are constitutional violations and crimes being hidden under the false label of ‘confidentiality.’ This is not about breaking rules — it’s about exposing abuse, retaliation, and the unlawful torture of children and families.

This is not about embarrassing my granddaughters. This is about exposing the predators entrusted with their care who are retaliating against our family, ignoring parental rights, Jesica Nicole Fellman forcing unnecessary medical injections on toddlers against the wishes of both parents, and treating us with inhumane, degrading disrespect.

These are not reunification efforts — they are acts of control, coercion, humiliation, and bodily assault under color of authority.

The public deserves to know what’s happening behind closed doors, in the shadows of San Diego’s child welfare system. Confidentiality was meant to protect children from shame, not to shield government employees committing crimes from accountability. My granddaughters are not the problem — the predators forcing these violations are. And I will not be silent while they continue their abuse.
