Annihilation Attempt: August 12
TRAVEL ADVISORY – San Diego Child Trafficking Network (CTN)
August 12 – Retaliation in Full View at Meadow Lark
Today was never about justice.
It was about control, intimidation, and silencing the one person in that courtroom who refuses to bow.
They let me in, but only on three conditions:
1. Abide by confidentiality. I agreed — as long as it does not violate my constitutional rights.
2. Don’t disrupt the court. Fine. I promised that.
3. Apologize. Never. They owe me an apology for the inhumane treatment of my family, my granddaughters, and my elderly mother.
When I refused to grovel, I asked them directly:
“Did you order the inhumane treatment of me and my mom?”
Fifteen minutes of lecture about “confidentiality” and “embarrassment” later, it was clear — they weren’t protecting my granddaughters, they were protecting themselves from exposure.
The Packed Courtroom & the Glove Show
The courtroom felt unusually crowded, packed with people I’d never seen before. Even the seat behind me was taken — someone on a laptop sitting so close I could barely move my arm. Whether it was just a full calendar or something staged, the whole thing reeked of a power trip.
The deputy sheriff tried his little intimidation act — pulling out his gloves like he was about to throw down. I looked him dead in the eye and said, “If you touch me, I will own you.” He thought twice.
There were other deputies in the building — one outside, a few in the lobby. None of them were on high alert with me. They’ve seen me plenty of times. They knew I was upset, but it’s not like I was about to start swinging..
The Latest Move: A Restraining Order From a Stranger
Then came the kicker: Norma Olivares, a woman I have never met, is seeking a restraining order against me. This follows the same pattern of retaliation that has followed our family whenever we speak publicly, publish evidence, expose misconduct, or refuse to remain silent about what has happened to Malaika and Xayah.
Nicole McConn, a supervisor with Children’s Legal Services of San Diego, abused the power and influence of her position in connection with a restraining-order campaign involving Norma Olivares, her husband Ronald Rivas Silverio, and even my own granddaughters. The children I have spent years fighting for were turned into part of a legal effort against their own grandfather. My “crime” is protected speech: blogging, publishing evidence, posting videos, speaking before the San Diego Board of Supervisors, publishing “Wrong Address” and my FBI post, and continuing to expose what has been done to our family.
I have never met Norma Olivares, yet I am being portrayed as the threat while restraining orders are being used against me for speaking publicly about her conduct and the conduct of people within this system. This is retaliatory harassment and an abuse of the legal process designed to silence a family member who refuses to stop documenting and exposing what is happening.
What’s Really Embarrassing
They claim my videos and posts will “embarrass” my granddaughters when they grow up. I am not embarrassed, and my family is not embarrassed. Malaika and Xayah have nothing to be embarrassed about. What is embarrassing is the abuse, retaliation, inhumane treatment, destruction of family bonds, and attempts to silence the people fighting for them.
Trying to suppress the evidence does not erase what happened. Trying to silence the people documenting it does not make it disappear. Using my own granddaughters as part of a restraining-order campaign against their grandfather only demonstrates how far this retaliation has gone.
Retaliation Timeline
June 24, 2025 – Spoke publicly at San Diego Board of Supervisors, naming officials and exposing abuse.
June 25, 2025 – Within 24 hours, social worker David Miller removed from the case.
Following weeks – New false allegations launched, visitation restricted, and new investigations opened.
August 11, 2025 – Posted “Wrong Address” (exposing harassment) and FBI post (calling out federal inaction).
August 12, 2025 – In court: demands for gag order, apology, and compliance; refused. Removed from courtroom. Sheriff intimidation attempt. Told in court that Norma Olivares is seeking a restraining order against me despite no contact.
They can try restraining orders, gags, and staged intimidation all they want.
I’m not backing down. I will continue to speak, write, and name names — because the truth doesn’t stop for their comfort.
