Where Do Families Go When CPS Becomes the Predator?
When Child Welfare Services was created, it was supposed to protect children. In San Diego, it has become the opposite: a machine of retaliation, lies, and abuse.
We spoke out. We exposed social worker David Miller for psychological abuse and retaliation. We showed videos of our granddaughters screaming in vans, begging not to be taken back to this caregiver who has broken every rule of caregiving — engaging in deceit, manipulation, and efforts to unlawfully keep and alienate the children from their blood family. She non-relative “caregiver” who is nothing but a cash cow, tossing them in daycare from 6 to 6. We showed the truth.
And how did the system respond? By doubling down. By filing restraining orders. By letting Miller, supposedly “removed,” keep writing lies into reports — lies that say the children are “happy” when anyone with eyes can see their trauma. By letting Karma file restraining orders not just against me, their grandfather, but against my granddaughters themselves. All without a single police report, a single investigation, or a shred of evidence. Just words on paper, rubber-stamped by judges who look the other way.
We even went to the FBI in San Diego. They turned their backs.
So where do families go when the very system sworn to protect children becomes the predator?
We go to Washington, D.C. We go to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Because this is not just bad policy. This is civil rights violations under color of law. This is retaliation against free speech. This is fraud, perjury, and child abduction written into official reports.
San Diego can cover for its own. The local FBI can look away. But the DOJ cannot.
And we will not stop.
