Malaika and Xayah were one and two years old — two American baby girls taken thousands of miles away to the Dominican Republic by strangers, without parental consent, while their RFA-approved grandfather objected and warned of serious safety risks. San Diego County’s David Miller answer was not protection. It was: “You have no say.” That is the system exposed in one sentence — family erased, parents bypassed, danger ignored, and government power used to silence the people trying to protect the children.

Miller used his badge to punish a mother, erase a grandfather, and torture children. That’s not protection — that’s a crime.

For over a year, David Miller has been destroying my family. He’s not a man. He’s not human. He’s a predator flaunting a badge — hiding behind government power, retaliating against a mother, erasing a grandfather, and conspiring Norma Olivares a fake caregiver to steal children.

Miller pretends he was “removed” for misconduct, but he’s still signing reports. Still stamping the same lie: “The children are happy with the caregiver.” Lies that anyone with eyes and ears knows are false. My granddaughters scream, cry, and beg not to go back. The truth is online for the world to see.

And then there’s Norma Olivares. For over a year, this stranger — not family, not blood — has had Miller and other social workers writing pure trash about me. Dangerous lies. Smears branding me as a threat, when I am an RFA-approved grandfather who loves and protects my grandchildren. Norma’s weapon is false reports. Miller’s weapon is a government badge. Together, they are nothing but conspirators in child abduction. 

And here’s what Miller doesn’t know: every time he terrorized Evelyn, every time he gloated, every time he retaliated against me — it didn’t disappear. It’s documented. He doesn’t know what’s coming, but he should worry. Because predators like him always believe their power will protect them… until the truth is unleashed.

David Miller is not a protector. He is a predator. He is not a man. He is a dangerous fraud conspiring with a stranger to steal children. And his day of exposure is coming.

The Crimes of David Miller 

Child Abduction – stealing children from a loving, blood family and handing them to a non-relative stranger. 
Cover-Up of Abuse – burying evidence of physical, psychological, and sexual abuse, protecting predators instead of children. 
Conspiracy – working with Norma Olivares to alienate and erase family ties. 
Perjury – lying under oath in official reports, stamping the same false line: “The children are happy with Norma.” 

Fraud on the Court – fabricating restraining orders, creating fiction instead of facts. 
Retaliation – punishing Evelyn for speaking out, punishing you for blogging, cutting visits to break the family. 
Psychological Terrorism – cornering Evelyn to ask, “Who do you want your kids adopted to?” Trapping her in rooms, blocking doors, breaking her down with panic attacks. 
Obstruction of Justice – ignoring disclosures of sexual abuse (“GG in the dark room”), refusing to investigate, protecting predators. 

Abuse of Power – using his badge not to protect children, but to punish families. 
Case-Fixing – predetermining outcomes (adoption/termination) while pretending to “reunify.” 
Child Abuse by Neglect – ignoring screaming, hair-pulling, trauma, hospital visits, and calling it “happy.” 
Misogyny – targeting Evelyn because she’s a mother who dared to speak up, humiliating her behind closed doors. 

Family Erasure – branding an RFA-approved grandfather “dangerous,” stripping children from their bloodline. 
Intimidation – boasting “I’m good at my job. I’ll terminate Keenan’s rights” while holding families hostage. 
Alienation – enforcing false restraining orders, isolating children from their true family. 
Lying for Profit – enabling a caregiver to cash checks while children are dumped in daycare. 

Predation – targeting vulnerable mothers and children behind closed doors and in private calls.
Destroyer of Families – waging war on an innocent family with lies, perjury, and abuse.
Danger to Children – every child in his hands ends up hospitalized, traumatized, screaming, and broken.
Family Ban by Coercion – told Evelyn overnights would only happen in motels, never at the grandfather’s home.

San Diego County has shown the world what institutional cruelty looks like when government power loses its humanity. This is not child protection. This is sadistic separation, retaliatory punishment, and taxpayer-funded trauma carried out behind closed doors by officials who hide behind titles while children cry to go home. Any system that hears a child’s tears and answers with more separation is spiritually rotten, abusive, and unfit to call itself protective.
