Hallway Whispers

URGENT UPDATE: 12/28/2025

VIDEO EVIDENCE REMOVED
Public Notice from the Family & Supporters
Multiple videos documenting the emotional distress and trauma experienced by two minor children during their separation from family have been removed from public view after the termination of the family’s YouTube channel.
These videos were not entertainment.
They were evidence—recorded to preserve the voices, words, and emotional state of the children during ongoing dependency proceedings.
The removal of this material has interfered with the family’s ability to document, preserve, and publicly discuss matters of urgent public concern, including:
The treatment of children in state custody
Alleged misconduct within the child welfare system
The silencing of families who speak out to protect their children
This action raises serious First Amendment concerns, particularly where speech relates to government conduct, child safety, and the preservation of evidence.
Let the record reflect:
The original video files remain محفوظ and preserved by the family
The removal of the channel does not erase the underlying evidence
Efforts to document and expose harm to these children will continue through lawful channels
Attempts to suppress public discussion do not resolve the underlying issues.
They only amplify the need for transparency.
The truth does not disappear because a platform removes it.

Vista Hallway Whispers

A Conspiracy in the Light

102425

For over a year, the family has been raising concerns about misconduct, intimidation, and retaliation inside the juvenile dependency system. This page summarizes the family’s account of what the Vista hallway recording appears to reveal.

The Hallway Deal

The audio was recorded on October 24, 2025 in the hallway of the Vista Juvenile Courthouse. In the recording, the mother’s court-appointed attorney, Thomas Kisiel, speaks with the children’s grandfather about removing material from a website.

The family reports that Kisiel referenced individuals whose decisions have shaped the children’s placement, including:

  • GAL Supervisor Nicole McConn
  • Non-relative caregiver Norma Olivares

According to the family, the tone and content of the conversation felt like pressure to suppress speech, not advocacy.

The Courtroom Threat

Later that day, inside the courtroom, Judge Alejandro Morales addressed the grandfather directly. The family reports that the judge invoked the grandfather’s dependent mother and suggested potential consequences if the restraining order was not followed.

To the family, these comments did not feel protective or neutral—they felt intimidating.

What This Represents

To the family, the hallway audio exemplifies a larger pattern they have been reporting throughout the dependency case:

  • Pressure to stay silent
  • Attempts to remove online speech
  • Conflicts of interest within the system
  • Non-relative caregiver involvement seen as harmful
  • Fear of retaliation for whistleblowing
  • Bids on children like property

The family believes the recording reveals a system more focused on controlling the narrative than addressing the children’s trauma and well-being.

The Light Is On. They Can’t Put It Out.

A grandfather — an RFA-approved, law-abiding senior — was pressured in a hallway by his daughter-in-law’s own attorney.
Then, inside the courtroom, the judge referenced the grandfather’s dependent mother and implied he could be arrested — continuing a pattern of intimidation the family has reported for months.
All to protect one non-blood caregiver, Norma Olivares, trying to keep two little girls who do not belong to her.

Now the public will hear it for themselves.
The truth isn’t going away.
The girls are coming home.

THE COLLECTIVE SPEAKS

Norma’s photos will not be removed.
Norma’s name will not be removed.
And the children will never be removed.

You tried intimidation.
You tried retaliation.
You tried restraining orders.
You tried back-door deals and hallway whispers.

It didn’t work.

These children are not property.
They are not commodities.
They are not up for bids — not now, not ever.

They are children with a family, a history, a home, and a future — and we will defend that future together.

The light stays on.
The truth stays up.
And every attempt to silence this family only proves why we must keep going.
The girls come home.
