This recording captures the sound and reality of children in extreme distress—not in a war zone, not in a disaster, but under the tyranny of San Diego County Child Welfare / Child & Family Well-Being.

These screams are not random.
They are not unexplained.
They are state-induced trauma.

The children in this video are crying to go home—to their family. Instead, they are subjected to forced separation, fear, and prolonged psychological harm. This is not protection. This is damage.

No child should sound like this.
No agency should ignore this.
And no amount of rebranding changes what is happening.

These children need to go home.
