Thank you to everyone who showed up to the hearing today, those who have shared Malaika and Xayah’s story and who are supporting our efforts to return them back home to their loving family. The termination of parental rights was contested so it will move to trial in May. We need your continued support to bring attention to not only the Robinson-Lopez case but other families suffering the same atrocities. We need to unite and take this child trafficking network down! Exposure is key! Time to stand up, speak out, and end their lucrative business of exploting children and families. God bless!

Breaking: Termination Did Not Happen

Termination of parental rights did not happen today.

Adoption did not happen.

The matter was continued. Another hearing is being set, and the possibility of trial is now being discussed.

Meanwhile, two supervising social workers, backed by Guardian ad Litem Supervisor Nicole McConn, continue to document “no bond” between the mother and her children — despite video evidence demonstrating visible attachment and distress at separation.

Even prior judicial remarks acknowledged an undeniable love and bond.

Critics now question why the case is being prolonged instead of resolved, and whether continued reliance on the “no bond” narrative is shaping the direction of the proceedings.

The delays extend uncertainty for the children and ripple through the entire family — parents, grandparents, extended relatives, and advocates.

Today’s outcome was clear:

No termination.
No adoption.
More hearings ahead.

The case continues. And so does the agony — prolonged harm that stretches month after month while the children wait.
