DEPENDENCY PRISON
TRAVEL ADVISORY — San Diego County: Child Trafficking Network (CTN)
Anyone who kidnaps someone is to be put to death, whether the victim has been sold or is still in the kidnapper’s possession. Exodus 21:16
No Independence Day for Malaika and Xayah
On the Fourth of July, America celebrates freedom. But Malaika and Xayah remain trapped in San Diego County’s child-welfare fraud prison.
Their case was built on documented retaliation, false reports, coercion, and abuse of power. This was a grudge attack carried out under color of law by officials who treated children, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, siblings, family members, community supporters, everyone standing in their circle, and even their pets like disposable collateral.
San Diego County Child Welfare, County Counsel, and the guardian ad litem tormented this family for speaking out. They ignored the children’s screams, the trauma, the family bond, the approved placement, the evidence, and the damage they were causing.
San Diego County did not protect life. San Diego County showed reckless disregard for human life.
An entire family was pushed, threatened, smeared, isolated, and broken down until one of them died.
That is not justice. That is institutional cruelty.
Malaika and Xayah should be free this Independence Day. They should be home with their family, their siblings, their grandparents, their great-grandmother’s memory, their history, and the people they know as safe.
Malaika and Xayah are still trapped in the same County machine that creates the trauma, then calls it behavioral health. San Diego County tears children from family, breaks the bond, watches the damage unfold, and then feeds the suffering into another system as if the pain just appeared out of nowhere.
Malaika and Xayah were never in danger with their family. The documented danger began after San Diego County took control of their lives — after the separation, the forced placements, the ignored trauma, the medical harm, the screaming, and the County’s continued refusal to return them to the people they know as safe.
Free Malaika and Xayah.
