MAKE MALAIKA AND XAYAH SAFE AGAIN — BRING THEM HOME

What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery

October 8, 2026:
Six months later, another government action targets Ricky Robinson, paternal grandfather of Malaika and Xayah Robinson.

The collective has been informed that Ricky G. Robinson, paternal grandfather of Malaika and Xayah Robinson, received another certified legal action from the California Department of Social Services, Legal Division, through Pamela R. Lacey, Senior Staff Attorney.

This latest action did not arise in isolation. Months earlier, while Robinson was dealing with the death of his elderly mother and before she had even been laid to rest, County personnel were pressing him to participate in a complaint investigation. Records provided to the collective show that Robinson did not simply refuse to cooperate. He offered written responses, phone or video communication, an in-person meeting at his home, and later requested a supervisor-level meeting with an advocate present.

The allegations also appear to have shifted over time. Earlier communications focused on Robinson recording and questioning social workers outside his home, along with claims that he banged on a vehicle and prevented workers from leaving. Robinson disputed those claims in writing and stated that preserved video shows him briefly tapping on the window, standing away from the vehicle, and the workers driving away without delay. Later allegations moved into different territory, including household reporting, a deceased household member, and whether another family member was allegedly residing or regularly present in his home.

Now, roughly six months after Robinson filed his administrative appeals, the pressure has escalated again. He has been served with a formal administrative Accusation being pursued through yet another attorney. Robinson says this follows a broader pattern in which disputes that began with social workers, reports, restrictions, and agency personnel increasingly turned into legal actions involving attorneys, including minors’ counsel and now senior counsel from the California Department of Social Services.

Robinson is a senior citizen, is representing himself, and remains the paternal grandfather of Malaika and Xayah regardless of Resource Family Approval status. He characterizes the continuing escalation against him as elder harassment and retaliation connected to his refusal to remain silent about what he says is catastrophic harm to his granddaughters and their entire family.

He is filing a Notice of Defense, requesting a full administrative hearing, demanding discovery, preserving emails, videos, recordings, reports, correspondence, and other evidence, and continuing to pursue every lawful avenue of accountability available to him.

The government may challenge an RFA approval. It cannot erase blood. Ricky G. Robinson remains Malaika and Xayah’s grandfather.

RFA status can be taken away. Family cannot.

One man can fight a machine. One man can document it. And one man can keep building the record until this reaches the federal level.
