GRANDFATHER TARGETED FOR EXPOSING CHILD TRAFFICKING, CHILD ABUSE COVER-UPS, AND GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION

The California Department of Social Services is pursuing revocation of a San Diego grandfather’s Resource Family Approval and an exclusion order, adding another administrative proceeding to a prolonged family dispute involving two young girls, Malaika and Xayah Robinson.

Ricky Robinson, who has spent years publicly exposing what he identifies as misconduct, retaliation, falsified reporting, and abuse within San Diego County’s child welfare system, now faces an administrative hearing scheduled for January 2027.

Records show that Robinson’s home received Resource Family Approval on September 4, 2024. The approval was communicated to the children’s social worker, yet neither child was placed in his home.

Robinson maintains that he completed the required training, background checks, home inspections, and preparations for placement. He has retained text messages, photographs, recordings, and agency correspondence documenting his efforts.

He also questions why officials repeatedly emphasized that placement was not guaranteed while his approved home remained unused and the children continued living with nonrelative caregivers.

The family has publicly reported serious concerns about the children’s psychological and emotional distress, including expert testimony warning of catastrophic harm from severing established family bonds.

Robinson contends that government actions against him escalated after he began publicly criticizing child welfare officials through his blog and other advocacy. He disputes the allegations underlying the proposed RFA revocation and exclusion, describing the continuing proceedings as government harassment and retaliation against a grandfather exercising his constitutional rights.

The upcoming hearing places renewed attention on a central question: Why is California pursuing the exclusion of an approved grandfather whose family has spent years demanding protection and accountability for two children who were never placed in his home?

The allegations against Robinson remain contested, and the administrative hearing has not yet determined their merits.

Robinson says he intends to continue documenting the proceedings and making the evidence available for public scrutiny.
