AUGUST 12 – COUNTY COUNSEL’S NEW LOW: LIES IN COURT & NEEDLES IN ARMS

This is the most blatant witch hunt in San Diego. They think they can bury me with lies — but I’m going to expose every one of them. You don’t go from my exposing their crimes to suddenly calling me ‘inappropriate’ with my granddaughters by accident. That’s not justice — that’s retaliation. And the world is going to see it.

Today at Meadow Lark was not about justice.

It was about San Diego County flexing raw power like they own my granddaughters.

In open court, County Counsel JESICA NICOLE FELLMAN didn’t just “present a case.”

They launched a smear campaign against me — branding me “inappropriate” with my granddaughter.

Where did it come from?

From the same social workers who:

Hover over every visit I have with my granddaughters

Surveil me from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave

Are always present with Evelyn and my elderly mother

FACT:

I am never alone with my granddaughters.

This is not protection — it’s retaliation.

They’re punishing a 67-year-old grandfather for:

Exposing their crimes at the Board of Supervisors

Publishing “Wrong Address” and my FBI exposé

FROM LIES… TO NEEDLES

As if smearing me wasn’t enough, Jesica Nicole Fellman now wants to forcibly vaccinate my granddaughters against their parents’ wishes.

No respect for parental rights

No concern for medical choice

No hesitation to treat kids like state property

They talk about these girls like they’re lab rats — to be experimented on at will.

Same mentality as the smear: strip the family of rights, destroy reputations, take control.

THE PATTERN IS CLEAR

December 4, 2024 – Retaliation begins after a picture of the girls is posted online. Social workers falsely claim we “cued them to cry.” That same day, a separate picture of David Miller is posted online — and he’s been crying about it ever since.

June 24, 2025 – We speak at the Board of Supervisors, exposing abuse.

June 25, 2025 – David Miller was officially removed from direct assignment within 24 hours, yet he continues to write reports behind the scenes. In person, he praised Evelyn as “one of the best moms” and told her she does so well with the girls, but in his reports he flips it, claiming she doesn’t communicate well and insisting the children are happy with Norma. This is pure case-fixing and retaliation — weaponizing government power to bully innocent families and torture children. These are not mistakes or opinions, they are crimes committed under the color of law.

June 27, 2025 – New false allegations and a fresh investigation launched — just 3 days after we spoke out, 2 days after Miller’s removal.

August 11, 2025 – “Wrong Address” and FBI post go live.

August 12, 2025 – Jesica Nicole Fellman smears me in open court as “inappropriate” and pushes to force vaccines into my granddaughters’ arms.

THE REAL EMBARRASSMENT

They say our posts and videos will “embarrass” my granddaughters later in life.

No — what will embarrass them is knowing:

San Diego County lied about their grandfather

Tried to silence their family

Treated them like state-owned property instead of children who belong with their family

PUBLIC WARNING

San Diego is not safe for families.

Behind the beaches, the zoo, and the sunshine is a predator system that steals children, smears good families, forces medical procedures against parental will, and retaliates against anyone who speaks out.

Tourists:

Don’t spend a dime here.

Parents:

Don’t trust them with your children.
