Child Theft & Harassment
They ripped my granddaughters from their mother and their blood family. Not because of abuse, not because of neglect, but because it suited their agenda. When we protested, when we blogged, when we spoke at the Board of Supervisors, the retaliation only got harsher — cut visits, fake allegations, constant harassment.
Trauma & Cover-Ups
The girls have cried, screamed, begged to come home. I have video and audio — proof of the suffering. Instead of protecting them, San Diego CWS covered up the trauma and pretended it doesn’t exist. Possible sexual assaults? Ignored, buried, dismissed. The pain of two little girls, swept under a mountain of paperwork.
Case-Fixing
David Miller was “removed” from the case — but his fingerprints are still all over the reports. He keeps writing from the shadows, case-fixing, declaring the girls are “happy with the non-relativery.” It’s a lie. Ashlee Purnell played her part, too — twisting reports, threatening the mother, manufacturing false narratives. Judge Calero rubber-stamped it all without question. This is not child welfare. This is rigged from the inside.
False Reports & Lies
For over a year, a non-relativecaregiver, David Miller, and Ashlee Purnell have filled reports with slander: rape, molestation, stalking, abuse. All lies. All unproven. And here’s the truth: not once was a police call ever made. Not once did law enforcement open an investigation. Not once was I arrested, charged, or even questioned. Because they know it’s fabricated. If their accusations were real, the police would have been at my door in seconds. Instead, they just write this garbage on paper, pass it between themselves, and act like it’s fact. That is not child protection — that is fraud.
Weaponizing Government Power
This is where David Miller stands apart. He isn’t just a liar. He has weaponized his government position to carry out a personal vendetta. The Guardian ad Litem’s office joined in, targeting me with obsession. They dragged up background checks, demanded records, smeared my name at every turn. Not because I harmed anyone — but because I stood up. Because I exposed them. Because I refused to stay silent while my granddaughters were being destroyed by this system.
The Truth They Fear
They are not protecting children. They are protecting themselves. They are protecting their lies, their paychecks, their power. They call it child welfare. I call it paper terror — years of retaliation, lies, and psychological terrorism against one family that refused to break.
My granddaughters cry to come home. They want their mother. They want their grandfather. No restraining order, no false report, no mountain of paper can erase that truth.
This will not stop until they are home. And I will not stop exposing them.
And Now the Restraining Order Scam. I have never met this non-relative caregiver in my life — not once, not ever. Yet now there’s talk of a restraining order, and even my grandchildren’s names dragged into it. That’s not child protection. That’s fraud.
This is the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliating — because I refused to take down Lisa Haight’s photo. Now Nicole McConn is trying to finish the job, weaponizing government power to punish me for speaking the truth and protecting my girls. This isn’t justice. This is harassment. This is elder abuse. And I will not be silenced.
