San Diego CWS baby hunters caught prowling a quiet neighborhood at dusk — approaching homes, questioning neighbors about nonexistent “domestic violence,” and hunting for more Evelyn-Lopez babies. The moment they realized they were being filmed, they panicked, got on the phone with someone, locked themselves in their county vehicle, and fled.

On Monday, November 10, 2025, two San Diego Child Welfare predators arrived at the grandfather’s home in separate vehicles. One vehicle was hidden down the right side of the street; only the one on the left was visible. They rang the doorbell claiming they were “looking for Evelyn,” but refused to explain why, refused to provide information, and refused to give a business card. No lawful justification was given. They left without further explanation.

On Thursday, November 13, just before 5:00 p.m., the same predators returned — this time together in a single vehicle, prowling the neighborhood in early twilight. It was already getting dark, as California is back on standard time. Their timing was suspicious, because Child Welfare offices close at 5:00 p.m. What were they doing in a residential neighborhood at the end of the workday, in near-dark conditions?

They approached the residence and began questioning people: asking someone inside the home whether there had been domestic violence and whether children lived there, then asking the neighbor the same questions. These were not investigative questions — they were harassing, provocative, and clearly designed to manufacture a problem where none existed.

When the grandfather returned home, the predators saw him pull up. They walked toward his driveway to interrogate him. He immediately began recording, as is his constitutional right. They asked, “Are you recording us?” He replied, “Yes.” The moment they heard that, they turned away and began returning to their vehicle.

The grandfather followed while recording, stating the truth: “You are predators.”

“You are child traffickers.”

“You already stole two babies — are you here to steal two more?”

“When are you returning the hostages, Malaika and Xayah?”

He pointed to the T-shirt he was wearing, emphasizing its message.

They reached their vehicle, locked themselves inside, made a phone call, and then fled the neighborhood.
