Multiple videos documenting the emotional distress and trauma experienced by two minor children during their separation from family have been removed from public view after the termination of the family’s YouTube channel.
These videos were not entertainment.
They were evidence—recorded to preserve the voices, words, and emotional state of the children during ongoing dependency proceedings.
The removal of this material has interfered with the family’s ability to document, preserve, and publicly discuss matters of urgent public concern, including:
The treatment of children in state custody
Alleged misconduct within the child welfare system
The silencing of families who speak out to protect their children
This action raises serious First Amendment concerns, particularly where speech relates to government conduct, child safety, and the preservation of evidence.
Let the record reflect:
The original video files remain محفوظ and preserved by the family
The removal of the channel does not erase the underlying evidence
Efforts to document and expose harm to these children will continue through lawful channels
Attempts to suppress public discussion do not resolve the underlying issues.
They only amplify the need for transparency.
The truth does not disappear because a platform removes it.

They didn’t take these girls for protection. They stole them like collectors steal rare dolls — to lock them away and call them theirs. This wasn’t about safety. These screams are the direct result of a Norma Olivares, Nicole McConn, Lisa Haight, Kimberly Giardina, Alfredo Guardado, Annel Navarro, Ashlee Purnell, Crystal Felusme, David Miller, Nicole Montzingo, Chantal Hill, Kathleen Montiel, Gizel Aquino, Melissa Sanchez, William Durning, county counsel Jesica Nicole Fellman, disgraced Judge Alexander Calero, Judge Alejandro Morales and many more — all conspiring under the banner of San Diego Child Welfare Services. They manufactured lies, retaliated against a mother, alienated children from their family, and inflicted chronic trauma. What you hear in these videos is not protection. It is state-sanctioned torture, a violation of human dignity, and a crime against children.

Perpetrators Behind the Trauma 

These are the individuals responsible for the lies, retaliation, psychological abuse, and ongoing torture of two innocent little girls. 

Judge Alexander M. Calero – The bench butcher who authorized retaliation, weaponized the courtroom against truth, and punished a protective family for speaking out. He silenced evidence, protected liars, and turned justice into cruelty.

Judge Alejandro Morales – The judge who weaponized restraining orders to silence a family fighting for their grandchildren. He used an elderly dependent as leverage, issued threats of arrest, and turned the courtroom into a tool of intimidation instead of justice. A judge’s robe is supposed to protect the vulnerable — he used his to target them.

Ashlee Purnell – A predator in pursuit, not protection. She hunted a mother and her two babies across state lines, threatening U.S. Marshals over a bogus misdemeanor so the mother would miss her infant’s first birthday. She jailed her for five days without charges, ripped her babies away, and called it “protection.” It was child theft by design.

Nicole Montzingo – Supervisor-turned-predator who picked up David Miller’s retaliation campaign. She greenlit coercion of a toddler, signed off on fabrications, and weaponized false statements to punish the family for exposing the truth.

David Miller – The original architect of abuse. Accused of coercion, retaliation, and psychological torture of a child. Removed after exposure, yet still believed to pull strings from the shadows. A psychopath hiding in plain sight.

Lisa Haight – The GAL who made the case about herself instead of the children. She targeted the RFA-approved grandfather, chased personal vendettas, blocked reunification, and used her role as a weapon of destruction rather than child protection.

Annel Navarro – The social worker who sat a three-year-old down and coerced statements after the family’s public testimony. She twisted toddler words into government lies and called it “investigation.”

Norma Olivares – A non-relative predator posing as a caregiver. Instead of supporting family bonds, she did the opposite: alienated the children from their mother, threw them in daycare for 12 hours a day, and flooded the case with false reports. She painted the RFA-approved blood family as monsters while positioning herself to steal these children for herself. That isn’t caregiving—it’s criminal.

Crystal Felusme – CWS worker actively writing false lies into official records and covering up signs of child abuse. She ignored trauma, erased evidence, and protected predators at the children’s expense.

Kathleen Montiel (Kat) – Caseworker who committed perjury by writing not one but two fabricated lies about the grandfather. She joined the smear campaign in black ink, choosing fraud over truth.

Jessica Nicole Fellman – County Counsel who injected falsehoods into the record and, according to the family, even pushed for unwarranted vaccinations as a form of retaliation against these children and their relatives. This is not protection; this is medical coercion tied to a campaign of retaliation.

Nicole McConn – Supervisor of the GAL, more interested in scrubbing blog posts than protecting children. She threatened the family over free speech instead of addressing abuse, showing loyalty to cover-ups, not kids.

Deputy Chief Kimberly Giardina – Sat through public testimony, heard the cries for help, and looked away. She allowed the retaliation to unfold in plain sight, making herself complicit in the abuse.

Deputy Chief Elizabeth Hernandez – The newly seated deputy chief who stepped into power and immediately continued the retaliation. She signed off on punitive actions, including an unverified “hold” on the RFA home, treating fabricated accusations as fact. She didn’t even wait to warm the chair before joining the cover-up. Accountability will reach her too.

Director Alfredo Guardado – Met with the mother after her public testimony and let retaliation hit immediately afterward. His silence was permission. His position made him responsible.

What crime did we commit? For loving our children? For fighting to protect them? They punished us like criminals. Not even our elderly were spared — but the only crime here is theirs.

ICCPR Article 7 – These screams are evidence of degrading and inhumane treatment.
