San Diego: Child Trafficking Network (CTN)

This is not a trial about crimes committed by a mother. This is not a trial about protecting children. This is a trial of hate, vengeance, retaliation, and abuse of government power — aimed at severing family bonds permanently while pretending there is “no bond.

San Diego County claims there is no bond. The photos, videos, screams, tears, visits, and years of family connection say otherwise.

This is not child protection. This is family destruction under the color of law.

Evelyn Lopez: A loving mother subjected to lies, retaliation, paperwork warfare, and cruel punishment by San Diego County.

Evelyn Lopez — Malaika and Xayah’s loving mother. She carried them. She labored for them. She gave birth to them. She is bonded to them. She loves them. She is still fighting for them. She committed no crime against them.

And look at that stack of paperwork in her hands. That was not even the whole case — that was one day, one massive letter to Judge Alexander Calero, practically a book, begging the court to see the truth. Look at her smile. She was proud because she is fighting relentlessly for her daughters the lawful way, with documents, evidence, and her heart on paper.

And still, these predators buried her under lies, reports, hearings, paperwork warfare, retaliation, and psychological abuse while her daughters are being traumatized, medically neglected, isolated, and pushed toward strangers. This is not justice. This is a grudge trial against a vulnerable mother and the babies she brought into this world. You do not steal children from the mother who gave them life because criminals with titles want to erase a family.

Federal review is coming.

The evidence is undeniable, and the record they created is becoming the record that exposes them. Every false report, every addendum, every “no bond” lie, every retaliatory restriction, every retaliatory restraining order, every screenshot of protected speech, every attack on family, every trauma video, every witness, every victim, and every contradiction is being organized for federal exposure, federal complaints, civil-rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the next level of review.

They wrote it down because they thought nobody would analyze it.

Now it is being analyzed.
