More families are surfacing around Judge Alejandro Morales, exposing a dangerous pattern of retaliatory restraining orders, GAL-driven grudges, family severance, forced adoption, termination of parental rights, and the misuse of federal child-welfare, foster-care, adoption, and behavioral-health funds. 2. He has issued or allowed restraining orders that appear retaliatory, especially against grandparents and relatives speaking out.
3. He has permitted social worker narratives and disputed reports to influence cases while families say those reports contain lies, contradictions, and perjury.
4. He has allowed guardian ad litem misconduct, grudges, and forum-shopping tactics to poison family cases.
5. He favors non-blood caregivers while bonded parents, grandparents, and relatives are treated like threats.
6. He has helped create a courtroom environment where families are silenced under confidentiality while children are separated behind closed doors.
7. He has allowed family severance and forced-adoption tracks to move forward while serious concerns about trauma, abuse, retaliation, and false reporting remain unresolved.
8. He has failed to protect children from emotional and psychological trauma caused by unnecessary separation from bonded family members.
