State of Emergency

Jessica Nicole Fellman County Counsel Turned Predator

When County Counsel Jessica Nicole Fellman uses vaccines and drugs as weapons against parents, she stops being an attorney and starts acting like a predator. Her job is to represent the county legally—not dictate medical procedures, punish families for exercising parental choice, or sabotage reunification.

1. Retaliation

She argued for vaccinating toddlers against their parents’ wishes, twisting medical consent into a punishment tool.

2. Drugging

On August 12th, when I was ejected from the courtroom, it felt like retaliation tied to arguments about vaccinating or even medicating my granddaughters. I don’t know exactly what happened behind the scenes, but I strongly suspect there’s a push to over-drug them — not because of medical need, but because of power plays in this case. Their mother has said clearly at the Board of Supervisors that her girls don’t need drugs or pain management; they just want to come home. Forcing unnecessary medical procedures on traumatized toddlers is not child welfare — it’s abuse under color of law.

3. Ignored Evidence

The truth is clear: when my granddaughters are with family, they’re happy—laughing, walking the dog, playing in the park. When strapped into a county van, they scream and cry in terror. Fellman ignores this undeniable evidence of harm.

4. Abuse of Authority

County Counsel is not a doctor. Fellman oversteps by dictating medical interventions instead of sticking to law. That’s not child welfare—that’s state-sponsored abuse.

The Bottom Line:

The videos don’t lie. My granddaughters are happy and healthy with family, and only traumatized when the county rips them away. Jessica Nicole Fellman is not protecting children—she’s protecting a system that profits from their suffering.
