Redneck Injustice
Tamsen & Reggie Bowles Story – Getting Their Son Nigel Better
This is the story of Tamsen, a mother and survivor of CPS tyranny in Oklahoma. Her family was victimized not once, but twice, by state-sponsored kidnapping at the hands of Tulsa County Child Protective Services and the Juvenile Court. The first abduction involved medical assault that caused lasting harm to one of her sons. The second brought further trauma, false charges, and unlawful arrest.
Her testimony reveals the lasting damage of medical kidnapping, unlawful arrests, and government abuse under color of law. It also shows the courage and resilience of a family that refuses to be broken.
What happened to Tamsen, her husband, and their two sons — Nigel and Sebastian — is not an isolated case. It is part of a larger system of corruption and child trafficking disguised as “child protection.”
Below is her story, in her own words.
Tamsen’s Story
Our two sons were stolen twice and returned twice by the Tulsa County Child Protective Services/Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Tulsa County Juvenile Court, in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The first state-sponsored kidnapping resulted in our eldest son’s severe neurological damage.
The second state-sponsored kidnapping resulted in me, their mother, being battered and unlawfully arrested by two sheriff’s deputies.
We have our boys back in our custody today, and all charges against me were eventually dropped — but we continue to struggle with the aftermath of the state’s long train of abuses. We have been bled financially dry, and we are still fighting to heal our eldest son (who is turning eleven this year) from the damage caused by the medical battery the state committed — forcing a medical procedure on him behind our backs, without our consent.
Both of these felony kidnappings were committed under color of law. Both were acts of medical kidnapping, carried out with vicious malice aforethought, medical tyranny, forced psychology, “thoughtcrime” tactics, and countless violations used to terrorize, traumatize, and emotionally scar our family.
Despite this, with our righteous indignation and our strong will to survive, we continue to demand justice, accountability, and the right to live free from persecution.
My personal history makes this even more horrific: I myself was trafficked by the state of Florida at just six months old, through a Florida adoption agency, with the trafficking extending into Oklahoma. I was raised by the same foster family — from Florida into Oklahoma — for seventeen and a half years.
I was a victim of this human trafficking child supply market beginning as an infant, and I was revictimized again as an adult, along with the people I love the most in this world — my remarkable husband and our two precious sons, Nigel and Sebastian (who we call by his middle name, Temudgin).
These unacceptable, inhumane, immoral, and intolerable crimes against humanity have no place in a free society. These criminals who act with impunity are not above the law, no matter their false sense of immunity.
Tamsen’s story is one of thousands — proof that CPS and family courts across this country are not protecting children, but destroying families.
If you’ve lived through the same kind of state-sponsored abuse, retaliation, or medical kidnapping, don’t stay silent. Speak up. Share your story. Every voice makes it harder for them to hide, and every testimony exposes their crimes.
Together, we are building a record they can’t erase.

Rescue The Fosters: Oklahoma Stole Their Kids… TWICE! w/ Reggie & Tamsen Bowles
Kirstie Leigh Hilton didn’t just take our boys — she grabbed Temudgin right after he had watched deputies beat up his mother, Tamsen Bowles, and arrest her for trying to protect him and Nigel. That was the second kidnapping. She tore them away in the middle of the trauma she helped create.
Before they took him, Nigel was 100% vax-free. After child trafficking services got their greedy, vile, criminal, sadistic hands on him, he was never the same.
The first state-sponsored kidnapping of our boys happened in 2016. It led to an unwanted, forced medical procedure that permanently damaged Nigel’s brain. After nine months as wards of the state, the case was closed in our favor and custody of both boys was restored.
The second state-sponsored kidnapping came in 2020. This time, I was unlawfully arrested and battered by two sheriff’s deputies. The boys were held as wards of the state for three years until, once again, the case was closed in our favor and custody of both boys was restored.

NIGEL’S STORY
Silenced by the State: Tamsen Bowles’ Fight to Heal Her Son with Suramin Voices of the Silenced
On Friday, June 24, 2016, Tamsen and Reggie Bowles faced what no loving parent should ever face: being punished for protecting their children.
For the “crime” of being loving, protective, well-informed parents, Child Protective Services ripped both of their sons from them. Nigel was about one year and eight months old. His newborn baby brother, Sebastian — whom the family calls by his middle name, Temudgin — was only about three days old.
CPS used the family’s anti-vaccine stance against them while, according to the family, fabricating practically everything else. Before the state took him on June 24, 2016, Nigel was 100% unvaccinated, happy, healthy, and thriving.
After nine months, Tamsen and Reggie regained custody. Although traumatized, Nigel was still singing and dancing like he used to. He seemed to be on his way back.
Then, in late 2017, Nigel began regressing. He was no longer the same child. His parents believe it was blatant and undeniable that Nigel had been medically assaulted while in state custody. The state would later deny committing medical battery and instead blame the parents for the damage done to Nigel.
Then, on Friday, January 10, 2020, while Nigel was still in the middle of his healing process, the state took both boys again. This time, they were held for approximately three years before Tamsen and Reggie regained custody.
Nigel continues to suffer from what his family believes happened after his first removal. They want their son back. They want him to sing and dance again. They want to hear him speak about his hopes, dreams, fears, visions, and goals. They want a bright future for their sweet boy.
Discover the powerful story of Tamsen and Reggie Bowles. After a grueling Tulsa custody battle where all charges were dropped, they are now fighting to restore their non-verbal son’s voice through a life-changing Suramin treatment in Poland.
