Malaika & Xayah are still held hostage — proof that San Diego’s child-welfare machine violates international human rights and human dignity while the world watches
Nicole Montzingo-Avila/Child Trafficker/Fraud/Abuser
For passing out flyers, Nicole Montzingo decided I no longer get to see my granddaughters. No court order. No lawful reason. Just retaliation — and that’s child abuse.
On August 12, 2025, San Diego Child Welfare Services (CWS), through social worker Nicole Montzingo, sent me this text message: “The Agency has made the decision.” There was no court order, no statute, and no lawful reason. This was pure retaliation against me—a loving, approved, and bonded grandfather—simply for exercising my First Amendment rights by handing out flyers exposing their misconduct.
Shortly after, CWS went further. They pushed a restraining order against me from my own granddaughters, orchestrated by Nicole McConn and the caregiver Mara Vale. Their excuse was that my flyers somehow made me “inappropriate.” That is their sinister word—used not for child safety, but to punish protected speech and silence a whistleblower.
My visitation was cut off without any lawful process. My granddaughters were left hurt and confused, still asking where I am. CWS exploited false accusations and weaponized restraining orders to erase me. This is child abuse, plain and simple—alienating children from their blood family out of retaliation.
This isn’t about protecting kids. It’s about silencing a whistleblower, punishing free speech, and covering up misconduct by CWS and their favored caregiver.
Here’s the proof: the screenshot of the text from Nicole Montzingo. When you strip away their excuses, you see cruelty, retaliation, and abuse of power.
This page is evidence. Share it. Expose it. Let San Diego and the world see what CWS calls “child welfare.”
Up next: Defense counsel bowing to pressure — enforcing isolation instead of justice. In the eyes of the court, I’m “unliked” for exercising my First Amendment right to expose corruption. Now my daughter-in-law is told she must move or lose her children, which would also strip essential care from her children’s elderly dependent great-grandmother. This is a direct violation of the 1st and 14th Amendments — and a blatant assault on basic human dignity.
