Unauthorized Therapy — Child Theft — Retaliation
Restraining orders and lies will not silence blood family — truth prevails.
The fact that these children have been placed in transitional or therapeutic services is itself evidence of harm and trauma. Children living in stable, safe, and non-abusive environments do not require “transitional therapy” simply to function. Such services exist to address psychological or emotional injury caused by disruption, fear, or trauma.
Norma Olivares is not a blood relative — yet San Diego Child Welfare Services shields her like she is. She has conspired with social workers David Miller, Nicole Montzingo-Avila, Ashlee Purnell, county counsel Jesica Nicole Fellman, the guardian ad litem Lisa Haight, Nicole McConn and even the courts to keep these children hostage. Instead of reunifying, she is annihilating their bond with their family. She files false reports — accusing an RFA-approved grandfather of rape, child molestation, and stalking — and then hides behind bogus restraining orders to keep blood relatives away. This is not caregiving. This is child theft.
Now, behind the family’s back, Norma Olivares has dragged the children into five secret “transition” therapy sessions at Rady’s Children’s Hospital. Their own parents told Rady’s months ago: no therapy — I am getting my kids back. Yet Rady’s ignored her and went along anyway, enabling a caregiver who has no legal standing.
Are Rady’s therapists truly this incompetent — unable to recognize the difference between a sacred blood bond and a cash-cow arrangement for a child thief? Every session they enable is not healing, it is collusion. They are propping up trauma, not addressing it.
The children do not want this. They scream for their family. They cry for their mother. They are not “struggling to transition” — they are being forced into permanent separation, forced into lies, and forced into alienation. This is not child safety. This is state-sanctioned child theft, psychological abuse, and a violation of human dignity — enabled by the caregiver, rubber-stamped by the GAL, county counsel and covered up by San Diego Child Welfare Services.
This is not child protection — it is fraud, child theft, and state-sanctioned trauma. Norma Olivares must face a full psychological evaluation for her obsessive conduct. Rady’s Children’s Hospital must be investigated for enabling unauthorized “transition therapy” sessions against the mother’s express wishes. The Guardian ad Litem must be held accountable for colluding in this cover-up. And San Diego Child Welfare Services, County Counsel, and the Court itself must answer for their role in weaponizing lies, silencing a family’s voice, and violating basic human dignity. The cries of these children demand justice.
I challenge San Diego Child Welfare Services, County Counsel, the Guardian ad Litem, Rady Children’s Hospital, and any named individuals to open their records and answer under oath.
This is not a threat — it’s a demand for accountability. If you believe I am lying, bring it to court. I will do the same, and I will use every legal mechanism available — subpoenas, depositions, and discovery — to obtain call logs, emails, notes, records, and therapy files that show how these children were removed, why false statements were entered into official files, and who authorized “transition” therapy behind the family’s back.
To the agencies and people named here: do these five things now—
1. Preserve and produce all records, emails, call logs, and notes related to these children and this case.
2. Suspend further unauthorized “transition” therapy pending an independent review.
3. Order an independent forensic audit of the case files and the social workers’ reports.
4. Require a full psychological evaluation of the caregiver(s) implicated in coercive or alienating acts (including the non-relative caregiver currently listed on reports).
5. Immediately review the restraining orders and other court actions for evidence of retaliation or procedural abuse, and return the children pending a transparent investigation if wrongdoing is found.
If you are confident in your actions, you will not refuse this scrutiny. If you are concealing misconduct, this is your chance to prove otherwise — in public, under oath, and with the records on the table. I will not stop publishing the truth until independent investigators and a court have reviewed the evidence. I want the children returned to their blood family, and I will fight for that in court, in public, and in the media.

These are stolen children — Malaika and Xayah Robinson. They are the daughters of Keenan Robinson and Evelyn Lopez, and the blood relatives of their grandfather Ricky Robinson and their great-grandmother Charline.
They are also the granddaughters of the late Amy Marie Brown — Keenan’s mother — who died tragically on Christmas morning 2008, a loss that still haunts this family.
Amy’s mother, Leslie Brown, is also their great-grandmother, making these girls the living legacy of a family the system has already devastated once before.
The State has torn Malaika and Xayah from this bloodline, severing their ties and inflicting trauma. These are not anonymous dependents — they are hostages from a family with deep roots and history.
These are not Norma Olivares children. Not even close. She has no blood, no bond, no right — only lies and abuse. A caregiver turned child thief, hiding behind the system to traffic and torture.
